Extremely convenient location to everything. I would absolutely choose this property over all others if I visit Prague again in the future.

The location is excellent: easily accessible by public transport and close to Prague Castle.The apartment is very spacious and well equipped. We enjoyed our 3-night stay there.

Stayed two nights in a beautiful two-bedroom suite with my family. The location is excellent— walkable to all of the sites. The front desk staff was so kind and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

This is an outstanding option for a stay in Prague - we got the big 3 bedroom suite room number 301 - we're about to check out and I am so sad to go. Everything was wonderful. It's been snowing for 2 days and the views are so lovely. Staff friendly and just very cool. I wish we could have gotten this for longer but it was booked out - I will be back without a doubt. Amazingly beautiful HUGE apartment - love it.

It’s in an excellent location, walkable to many attractions, food, beer etc. The apartment is good size with functionality in mind. We enjoyed our stay overall.

My husband and I stayed here May 20-25-22. We stayed in the executive apartment and "loved" it!! the view of the towers was gorgeous. The room was spacious with a dining/kitchen area. The bed was so comfy!! We were greeted by Zdenek, the most awesome host ever! He was professional, friendly, and extremely accommodating, he suggested restaurants and the "must see" of Prague. When I return to Prague I will be staying at the Malostranska Residence. The location is perfect. We visited "Old town Prague" where the astronomical clock is and I am so happy we stayed on the other side of the bridge. This apartment is a must stay place!! We love and miss Prague. We had the most amazing time.

What a beautiful property and amazing location. We were in 201 with a beautiful view. Very convenient for the trams. Not too noisy. Limited on site service / assistance available. Expected a full kitchen and only had small refridge, two burners and toaster. Asked for a coffee maker and received. Would stay here again and recommend.

We are tourists from south Korea.The room was very neat and comfortable. The location was really good. Lea staff was really kind and nice. I think she is the prettiest and best girl in Prague.

The staff is friendly and nice. Check-in process is straight forward. The room is clean and nice. The hotel have breakafst with EUR10.00/px, the staff will lead you to the restraurant which locate few shop beside the hotel (100m). Overall experience was great.

This hotel was great. I had booked a family room for 3 nights but when I arrived at the hotel for check in I was told that my reservation got cancelled due to an error in their booking system. The staff apologised and offered an upgrade. I got to stay in a prestige room for that night, which had 3 rooms and a beautiful living room. Rooms were very clean and staff was really kind and helpful. Location was excellent, you can really go anywhere by walk. I would highly recommend this place.

I stayed at this hotel's penthouse for 4 days. I had to pay a lot to get the best view. 2nd day morning, when we went out there was a balloon in front of the door. My son was happy because he thought there would be a party. so I took a picture. When we came back to the room, the balloon stuff was remnants and roofs. It was obvious that someone had a party in our room and on the terrace. The room is double-storey and requires a stay in the penthouse before you can climb the rooftop. I protested to the owner. But the owner said that he owned the apartment and didn't touch our property, so he said nothing was wrong and he couldn't make any compensation. And she made excuses that she took two young girls to the rooftop in the hallway in front of the penthouse and took pictures. It was a customer's terrace that paid $ 1070 to stay in a room with a terrace that offers stunning views. I protested again that the house could be intruded on the grounds of being an owner. However, the owner did not ask for it beforehand, but only apologized and said that he had no fault.The problem with this hotel is this. First, take the ladder in the hallway on the fifth floor and open the lid of the ceiling to connect to the rooftop. It is possible to break into the penthouse room through the rooftop. Secondly, it is the hotel where you can shoot at the rooftop without disturbing customers and apologize even after messing up the room.

We stayed in an apartment unit; there were four of us with 2 sets of keys. One time one of us got locked in. We discovered that locking the door locks from outside and inside and a key is necessary to get out. She had to wait for someone to return. Receptionists were all helpful and friendly. however they are not there at night and early morning. Also it would be nice to get free bottled water and for a short stay, kitchen facilities are not needed.

Wonderful stay. Only a few minutes stroll from Charles Bridge and also opposite a tram stop for easy transportation across the city. The apartment itself is great. Super clean. Super friendly staff. The apartment was huge and very comfortable

I can not believe how perfect the location is. Right around the corner from St. Charles Bridge. 10 mins from the Prague Castle. Also my room was really nice! The staff was great. When I come to Prague again this is where o would study. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

The property is perfectly located within walking distance of the famous Charles Bridge or a bit further, but still walkable is Prague Castle. The tram line is conveniently located right outside the door-and will quickly get you to any part of town.The property itself contains a lift, if needed or traveling with elderly parents. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful, knowledgeable about the area.I would absolutely recommend Malostranka Residence.You can pay to have laundry done-as it is not in the room.

The email and face to face communication from Veronica was great assisting us with trams, tours,places to visit. We were upgraded to a better room upon arrival. The location was great close to transport, restaurants and the palace. I would stay there again.
