Very nice hotel and rooms feels luxury and clean. Few minutes to Al Haram which is very convenient. Breakfast was excellent with many varieties of food. Staff where very nice and helpful. I have to say the pillows were not very comfortable and we asked if there are better ones but unfortunately there wasn’t.

I have said that many Fairmont in my life, and this one specifically was the one I was looking most forward to, but unfortunately, there was no service that was reliable. The staff were not friendly. The rooms were dingy and worn out service never came to clean the rooms sheets were wet on arrival And everything from organizing transport to luggage going to the room room is all a fail. Maybe they will learn From Cairo Fairmont

Mashallah subhanallah what a blessing to even be here ya rabi shukr. If any one visiting this place complain then go back to where you came from. Especially if you are visiting for religious purposes and blessed to have the wealth and health to make this trip and sleep in this magnificent hotel. The whole staff starting from pick up at the hotel to check in to room service and food etc, the location, the surrounding, the promptness to evey need we asked was met 10 fold. We will return Inshallah and for staying 18 nights I feel we have the experience to comment. Shukrun Fairmont for our stay we will return again Inshallah ameen.

Second time at this hotel. Very enjoyable and close access to the masjid and food courts on up levels in the mall. Check-in was swift, but unfortunately our first evening was bad due to noisy neighbouring guests shouting between 2-3am in the morning. Our room had an inter-connecting doorway to the adjacent room. These doors are NOT sound proof. Complained to reception, they offered to move us to another room...a shame as we like the room but had to settle for a slightly older designed room. We did not cause the nuisance but it was us which had to be moved. Anyway, housekeeping staff were excellent in turndown service each night when we came back from the masjid. Overall a very comfortable stay, but if I was to book again at the Fairmont would make sure we avoid rooms with interconnecting doorways. Also at check out, concierge / bell boy service was VERY slow in sending someone for our bags on checkout...we ended up taking or own luggage down as we risked being late for our flight.

The staff lost my luggage for 2 hrs , we kept waiting on our room and received calls from various folks, each asking if our bags have made it to the room. They later found our bags in someone else's room, smh

We enjoyed staying in Fairmont Makkah Clock Royal Tower. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The best thing about our stay in the Fairmont Makkah Clock Tower was its conveniently close distance to the Haram! We will definitely book our future stays here when we travel to Makkah in the future In'Shaa'Allah!
