I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel and recommend it to others as well. I like the shuttle service to Alharam.

الحمام فيه عدة عيوب مصرف الماء كان عليه كتلة من الشعر المغسلة تصب الماء من الاسفل على الارص باب الشاور لا يمكن اغلاقه اذا كنت داخله

Unpleasant stay what makes it worse is the following remarks : Room number 1318 The window handle was broken and the window is open so needed someone to close it but reception never answer once they did the Reception after we tried 5-6 times for them to answer, we also Asked for child bed the say the will send but never came we kept calling but no one answers. The Service takes forever. No soap in bathroom they mix the bottle with water which is repulsive I had room with 4 beds, one bed was broken also totally uncomfortable also Housekeeping looks like they left a fragment of wood in on of the beds Old furniture, worn out Bed sheets are very old Noisy street, although my room was in 13 floor but couldn't sleep from the buses honk noise until after midnight,

Reception Staff The room facility like kettle was full of rust No shampoo, conditioner and shower gel to cover two person even in the room Only one shuttle bus
