We spent 3 nights and the didn’t clean the room until around 3 PM or later. This was always right at the same time we vame back from our sightseeing

It's not a 4 star hotel. More like a 2 star hotel. Room was old and dirty. Staff was great. All in all I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Good location but lacked a central place to gather at night. I assume as it's a halal hotel. Rooms and facilities good but need upgrading and better cleaning required.

Breakfast was OK, area was full of small shops and very few good restaurants. Canal room turned out to be nothing special. Window marked don't open looking on unattractive canal. Staff were friendly.

The best value hotel in Bangkok. The location is perfect lots of restaurants and bars. Walking distance to Markets and Kho San Road. Clean comfortable rooms. First choice for staying in Bangkok,

The a/c wasn’t cooling our first night but maintenance fixed it and it worked really well after that. I couldn’t get the TV to stay on. Seemed like it was in demo mode and kept showing the features. I was able to watch some Olympic events but then lost signal.
The pool and gym were very nice. We enjoyed both of those amenities very much!

My kids (15 and 10) and I had a wonderful stay at the Nuovo City Hotel. It is a great little, well located property. We were very comfortable and well looked after. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool and rooftop area lovely for taking a break from the city, and the breakfast was great. Hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. There cute family friendly restaurants within feet from the hotel doors, and it is walking distance to all sorts of things including a wide variety of street food, Khao San Rd, and the ferry to the main attractions and other neighborhoods. Highly recommended!

Overall nice stay at this hotel. We had breakfast each morning which had a great selection of foods from sweet to savory. The staff was pleasant and friendly. We want to eat outside and they setup a table for us. Great value for the area.

Loved our stay!! Hotel is in a great location where you can walk or take a grab for just a few mins ride to see main attractions. There’s also 7/11 right next door which was super convenient. There’s bunch of restaurants, massage and laundry places just across. They offer money exchange & have a nice kids club next to the pool!! ;) the only complain was a super slippery shower so hard to wash a toddler but otherwise super happy with the stay!! :) Staff are extra nice & helpful. AC was super cold!!!

We stayed in Bangkok during a heat wave. Staff were very accommodating. Food service was great atvthe pool. Bellmen were amazing at helping us with rides. Tour desk was also very helpful. Great hotel in great location!

a good hotel in a lively area, rooms big enough and quiet in the Canal view part. In the other part (City view) a little bit noisy in the evening. Breakfast okay, two pools (one of the roof top) okay. I would come again.

The hotel ,gave us a upgrade room which was lovely, but the beds are hard , next time I would ask for mattress toppers, breakfast was ok , not great , lacking Gronala pastries, and coffee machines are very slow , would stay again but I would ask for bed toppers ,

The hotel staff is friendly and the location is walkable to khaosan road… The walls are super thin so its pretty loud being in your room, specially if you’re next to a family that has loud kids. Walls are so thin you can even hear footsteps. There’s good food walking distance and a 7/11 next door which was nice. Room was clean.

Hotel generally is great - clean comfortable and good facilities. Room could do with better soundproofing though as I was woken several times every night by people coming and going in the corridor. Nice location on the canal an easy 5 min walk to Koh San Road
