The Embassy Suites always provide good value with cocktails and breakfast. We did have a lot of problems with keys and no, they were not near our phones. We needed 6 keys during our stay.

This is a great hotel. The suite was huge, and plenty of room to spread out. It was very clean, and the staff was super friendly/helpful. The breakfast was well done, and the staff served at a high level. I really could not find anything I did not like about this hotel. I will stay here every time I'm in St. Louis.

We were pleasantly surprised. Did not expect the our room to be that spacious. We had a wonderful time on our trip.

Their systems were down so the poor employees had to walk each guest to their room and let them in manually which made check in last a while which wasn’t a huge issue in itself just quite inconvenient as we had to go get our keys later on. Sheets were stained and had hairs in them. Elevators were broke only one worked. On top of all that there is almost no parking or it’s severely overpriced. Not to mention one of the main reasons for selecting this property was the indoor pool which was closed, despite there being no notice of that online at all and put quite a damper on the trip as we were hoping for that amenity especially given how expensive this place is already. Overall would recommend staying elsewhere as there are also a lot of sketchy characters that hang out around the front of the property as well.

The people were nice and the room was great. They had a happy hour time for drinks in the bar. There was only one working elevator, which was mildly inconvenient. The location was very convenient as I was staying for a conference at the conference center directly next door.

The hotel is great along with the service. On top of a excellent free breakfast there are complimentary evening cocktals and snacks. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Only issue is the surrounding area has alot of schetchy people.

My family checked in on Monday, September 2, 2024 at 4:30pm at Embassy Suites by Hilton located in St. Louis Missouri. After receiving my key card, we entered room # on the second floor and saw a cockroach crawling on the wall after being in the room for 15mins. My family and I went down to the front desk to report it to the night manager (written on his name tag). He did not apologize at all and said that the 4th & 5th floors are closed due to maintenance. He issued a new room on the 3rd floor room #. We entered the room, did not notice any cockroaches but the dressers were dirty with white stains on the front of the drawers. This was Labor Day night and I didn’t want to go through the hassle of finding a new hotel with my big family. We slept the night and the next morning, I found a baby cockroach by the window ledge. Upon checking out on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, I told the front desk lady about the cockroaches and asked if the hotel has a cockroach problem. She did not answer my question. Instead, she asked if I reported the incident last night, which I told her I reported the issue to the night manager. She claimed that she will let management know about the issue and offer to issue some hotel points. I told her that whether she issue points of not, I am going to report the hotel.

Elevators were kind of a nightmare with one only working on a Holiday. Otherwise we loved this location - breakfast was delicious and staff was so polite!

Hotel is beautiful however there is not enough staff.

I like the big open area on the 4th floor for breakfast. Lots of seating and options available. Would have been nice if the “snacks” in the evening had a little more options. Instead we had to walk and find food which wasn’t ideal as many places were closed on a Sunday.

Our room was FABULOUS. Everything was so convenient and close would recommend highly.

The hotel itself is very nice. Disappointed that there was no nearby parking available, so a $50 valet was our only option. Although the gentleman helping us to our room was very courteous, he smelled heavily of Marijuana. The complementary happy hour and made to order breakfast was extremely nice.

Rooms and staff were excellent but extremely noisy at 3am! Par for a Friday night?

It’s a nice hotel. Clean. Staff was AMAZING. Especially Keesha (I’m pretty sure that was her name but not certain if I spelled that right. My apologies). She helped me rebook when the dates of my work assignment changed. Sheade it super easy and was friendly. The breakfast at this place is EPIC. And FREE!! Hands down the best breakfast at any hotel I’ve ever stayed at. And I travel constantly for my job. And they also have a reception every evening 7 days a week where they serve FREE COCKTAILS FOR TWO HOURS! And snacky foods and stuff. The room I stayed in on 5th floor was large with high ceilings. It was really nice. I was super impressed with this hotel and will stay there anytime I’m in town. Highly recommend. Can’t beat it for the price.

loved being close to Busch Stadium. The breakfast was great. I didn't do much at the hotel, but any interaction with the staff was top notch

No conditioner in bathroom. Otherwise it was fantastic.

Not happy with the stay. It was impossible to sleep all night long due to the loud noise of emptying dumpsters between 1:30am and 6:30am (every 30min to 1h).

Worse reception at any other embassy ive stayed at. Breakfast was yummy but still less selections then oyhers. Rooms were nice very comfy.
