Perfectly located at Surasak station with covered walkway between the two giving easy access to the city and airport. Excellent room and facilities and wonderful friendly staff. We had an executive room which included many privileges including daily breakfast and cocktails in the top lounge. Fabulous pool and gym and an excellent concierge service. A perfect hotel for our Bangkok stay and highly recommended

The hotel is directly accessible from the BTS platform. Many of the staff remember my late girlfriend and I. The staff are willing to address my special requests. Maybe the only niggle are the rather high room-rates, considering that much of the view of the Chaopraya River is now blocked by new tall buildings.

Beautiful hotel. Super friendly staff. The exit of the metro enter directly at the hotel 1st floor. Posh and safer area compared to the more touristic ones.

Loved the hotel and staff and definitely the pool. The food not thing wrong was though we had to check out at 12, I had to pay for a whole day despite only needing it till 11. So they got six hours and a free breakfast.. disappointed they couldn’t have done something nice for their guests..

Excellent service, the concierge service is exceptionally great and helpful, thanks to Gabbi for his travelling advice and arrangement in particular. Hotel location is great, direct connection with BTS station is definitely a plus.

The hotel felt like a 5 star with the VIP service in the Executive floor- worth spending a bit more for this as it elevates the experience to concierge level. The service was impeccable, we had massages on site, food in the executive lounge was amazing, mostly ate there. The pool is breathaking, the rooms and beds super comfortable. we liked exploring the area and easily used the sky train. Watch out for scammers at tourist attractions, saying the attraction is closed (like temples) and they recommend a tour on a tuk tuk- you end up at a "gems: ship and they try to con you into purchasing fakes. I only wish the hotel had info about this for 1st time tourists.

Location is good to take BTS. A connectikn bridge. But no shopping mall around.

The hotel is really nice, staff are very polite and respectful. Ambience and view are very cool, I can work peacefully while Im on vacation. Massage therapist are very good. I will come back on this hotel.

Excellent property with BTS sky train walk bridge. Hotel was a bit outdated ie USB, TV and Safe. However, decoration was nice and pleasant. Staff members are very helpful and courteseous. We enjoyed our stay.

Great facilities and very supportive staff. The hotel and facilities didn't feel too crowded. The location is very good, with direct access to the BTS station (Surasak), and also within walking distance to some nice restaurants around the Sathorn area.

The hotel is connected to BTS Surasak which was super convenient. Although there was no big malls or supermarket closeby, it was easy enough to go to Siam area by BTS. And the service that came along with the executive lounge access was excellent - from private check-in to happy hour and private breakfast area! Worth the price.

I booked 4 days in Eastin because of location and excellent reviews. The hotel is a highriser and you wait long time to go up and down. The room was ok but not as big as expected, not much space for two. Its very noisy due to the traffic. The atmosphere is not a five star hotel, you feel like come and go, very busy due to lots of Chinese people. The breakfast was in a huge hall, loud and crowded… self service. People didnt greet and were staring in their cellphones. I am allergic to Laktose and Gluten. I ordered oat milk coffee because the self services machines didnt offer it To make it short… I got an allergic reaction on the wrong milk and lost a day vacation. I didnt feel safe at Eastin because staff had language problems, so I asked to change the hotel. After talking to hotel.com, Eastin refused to change my booking and kept the full payment ofmy full prepayed stay. Customer service should be key in a 5 star hotel… here it was all about the money. With this experience I would not recommend this hotel if you are looking for atmosphere, space, style and service.

The hotel and staff are wonderful, however it’s located in a very busy street and getting in and out by taxi or anything other that a bike is troublesome and can delay your plans greatly.

Sathorn area is perfect for catching a boat up and down the river to the main sites! There is even a bridge directly to the sky train which takes you to the next stop for the boat pier. Super convenient. The food, the staff, the exec lounge—all five star!
