One night stay. Everything was ok except for the dirty windows.

Surrounding area is bustling and the mall closes at 10pm. Lots of massage and dining options in and out of the mall. Cleanliness / wifi is sorely lacking

Hotel management need to be strict with the non smoking rules . When we checked in the room was smoking smell.

Booked a 4 bedroom apartment for 1 night stay. There was 1 lift that goes directly up to the room, but the lift was down. Had to try multiple other lifts to try to make my way back to the room, if not i would had to climb almost 30 floors up. Cleanliness was okay overall, but the bathtub was leaking.

Excellent early check in by cheerful Ali who made our day. Room was spacious and clean. We were given an hour late check out too. Fantastic stay. Love it. Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you.

Great location with room for improvement in service. I recently stayed at KSL Hotel in Johor Bahru for 2 nights in a Superior Room with a king-sized bed. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing a good place to relax after a day of exploring the city. The location is excellent, with easy access to nearby malls and eateries, making it very convenient. However, the customer service at check-in could use some improvement. While the staff was not unfriendly, the process felt a bit impersonal and lacked the warmth or attentiveness you might expect. It's not that the service was bad, but a more welcoming approach would certainly enhance the experience. Overall, KSL Hotel offers good value for money with its prime location and comfortable rooms, though a bit more attention to customer service would make the stay even better.

Went into hotel room ,open the aircon and waited for 20min ,totally not cold .went to reception and ask then they assign the technician maintenance and adjust the opening of the aircon.say have to wait 45min to cool .waited 45min and still very stuffy.Went to reception and ask for room change .The staff not very polite and say must ask manager ,give us the number to call .The manager speak more politely and say need ask management.Finally after 2 hrs plus in total manage to change to different room.Not a nice experience overall.Luckily the top management cater to customer request which is a plus point.

Overall hotel good condition, possible to provide shower robe and toiletries accessory like cotton buds.

Hotel reception staff attitude are horrible very bad manner . Check in time delayed an hour as well and the hotel staff don't free sorry at all , ever told you to cancel booking if you couldn't wait . Hotel breakfast also cannot make it ,

Has all the basic amenities that you would expect from a hotel. And near to many local dining areas both on the streets and in the mall! Very convenient to get around by grab also.

Didn't live up to the hype I keep hearing about. Basic room amenities with no cable TV just free-to-air channels. Good water pressure for shower but water end up flooding outside of shower cubicle from gaps at shower screen.

Front desk staff was not helpfull even I have request connection room during booking.Staff informed that thr is not connection room on my booking of 3 superior room.After we check in to our room was found 2 of our seperate room was connected to other occupance.

The room was spacious and clean, equipped with essentials like towels and toiletries. The king bed with four comfortable pillows are great options. The pool on level 7 was lovely, with a adjacent dinosaur-themed water park. Entry to the water park is RM20 per adult or child for hotel guests. Otherwise, it's RM50 I think. The hotel is divided into two towers, and the clear signage makes it easy to navigate. One of the biggest perks is the direct link to KSL Mall, which boasts many hair salons and a supermarket. Just behind the hotel, there are plenty of local food options to explore. Most other malls and eateries are just a short Grab ride away, at around RM20. All in all, KSL Hotel & Resort offers great convenience and comfort, making it a solid choice for a short stay.

Staying at Tower 2 and glad that the hotel had made minor renovation by changing the TV bench as well as the room flooring. The hotel has remove the fall ceiling and reduced the lights which the room becomes dim. No renovation to the toilet and the outside corridor.

Good location. Lots of food options in mall as well as near hotel. Tower 2 when u stayed, room fixtures was in good condition, better then Tower 1.

Great stay as usual due to location. I always stay in this hotel, whenever I visit JB. Tower 1 rooms seem more well-maintained but the wifi connection is really bad, especially if I want to use the smart TV to watch shows on apps. TV should be connected using LAN connection instead of wireless connection for a better guest experience. Housekeeping should ensure that the creamer & sugar sachets in the room are fresh as I found the creamer provided were hardened which implied that the sachets were left there for a long time.

Very poor sound proofing, high noise level from neighbouring unit and corridor

Friendly staff. Fast service. Clean room n breakfast is awesome!

Slow check-in (30min), hallways smell of mold & rotting carpet. 2nd night our AC went out for 6 hours, sweating in 31 sticky room. Breakfast buffet is plentiful, but mostly overcooked & cold food that should be hot. Definitely worth the price paid.

Everything is good except if the pillows can be alittle more hard. Coz it is really too soft.

Very convenient, serrounding got night market & many good restaurants.
