Room Services were so so terribly delayed for no reason. In room dining calls were not answered 90% of the times. At some point of time, was wondering if actually, am staying in a Hilton brand !!

Property is good. Just wanted to record a specific incident. I went to the bar/ restaurant on one evening and ordered a kingfish beer. The guy who was attending told me the KF beer is out of stock as it is a fast moving item. I asked three times as I could see couple of KF bottles inside the glass showcase and it’s quite visible. Anyway, as he denied I ordered other brand and just moved little away from the counter. Our man immediately calls the counter boy and asked him to remove those KF bottle from that visible place to inside the cover. Very surprising behavior and not expected from Hilton at all. This is my third visit to this place and would definitely think twice before my next booking. Thanks

Great service, the staff was welcoming, gave us an upgrade on their own since we were a family. The food was very good and the service staff was very helpful and courteous. Great stay.

I liked it was well furnished. What I did not like was it was pricey, charged me for eating a small pack of pretzels. I missed out on complementary breaskfast as I had to check out early, but I was not compensated in any way for that. I will not be staying at this location again.

We had to start here in between trips. The best thing about the suite was that it was carpeted. None of the hotels in Bangalore are. Breakfast spread was good too. However check-in experience was not great. The property does not have any place to walk about . Swimming pool facilities required attention. I felt it was not worth £220 I paid.

The service was attentive. The room was spacious and well-appointed. The location is convieniently located.

Hotel was clean and staff are very helpful. I dont like the place though,. its inside a park compound and no nearby malls to buy stuffs,..

Great hotel with a very good breakfast spread. But was unhappy with my check in as they did not have a room ready even at 2:30 PM. My suite was very large and comfortable.

Very good business hotel. Facilities, equipments and comfort as expected for Hilton. Service was slow at breakfast, but the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

For example, I was waiting in the lobby for my Uber taxi, and one of the staff members offered to bring me a drink while I waited. Our room, which provided a view of the pool, was spacious and clean. The bathroom was huge, and our beds were very comfortable. Each day, the staff who cleaned our room left it immaculate! There really wasnt anything else that I needed. We both actually liked it so much that we booked Hilton EGL for our trip to Bangalore in August. Highly recommended!!!

Stayed for 12 nights in January. I enjoyed the restaurants, the gym, the friendly staff, and the excellent location. The room was very comfortable and included everything needed for an extended stay such as a laundry machine and kitchenette.

Its an excellent hotel if you. Since I booked through expedia, I did not have free internet. I had to pay for the internet. And the hotel did not do anything beyond the fine prints, which actually was not very pleasing.
