I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn in Colorado Springs, and I can't say enough good things about my experience! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was immaculate, spacious, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I had a great night's sleep every night. The housekeeping team did an outstanding job of keeping everything spotless throughout my stay. My room also had a stunning view of the mountains, which was absolutely breathtaking and made my stay even more special. One of the highlights was the on-site café. The complimentary breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to start the day off right. I also appreciated the hotel's convenient location, which made it easy to explore the beautiful surroundings of Colorado Springs. The fitness center and pool were well-maintained and provided a great way to relax and unwind. Additionally, the free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for getting some work done during my trip. Overall, my stay at the Holiday Inn Colorado Springs was fantastic. The excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and great amenities make this hotel a top choice. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

Breakfast doesn’t start there until 7am, so that was inconvenient for guests/families w/ early tournament times that had to leave by then.

We enjoyed this stay as our reward after several days of camping. The room was clean and spacious, the hallways and common space were roomy too, and the pool & hot tub were a great rest for tired muscles. The hot breakfast was great and on par with other Holiday Inns we've stayed with. Check-in was kind of slow and the staff member was not super friendly. The other downside seemed to be the loud traffic from I25 right outside. We thought that walls could have been better insulated to accommodate for this.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was easy to navigate to areas we wanted to visit. Good breakfast and clean. Friendly staff.

Clean, efficient, great suite, restaurants and stuff just a couple blocks away on other side of freeway. However, the neighborhood was not the best. Hotel doors locked all the time.

Fire alarm went off twice in the entire hotel. Front desk would not answer the phone for confirmation. In the morning management acted like it didn't happen. I would advising staying away from this hotel.

Employees got in a fight wirh someone not staying at the hotel who then came in to the hotel an pulled the fire alarm so the fire department came then re set the fire alarm sk yea we all slept just great

Room was great, bed was very firm. Check on was quick, but I was told the hot tub and pool were 24 hours, but the sign inside the pool room said different, not sure which to believe. Easy free parking. Close to downtown, easy walk from hotel to most areas of downtown.

Good breakfast! Didn't like that the deposit wasn't stated upfront. Was not listed as having a deposit on Expedia.

The staff at the front desk were exceptionally pleasant. I sincerely appreciate their kindness. The location is super convenient, right off the highway. Breakfast was actually way better than expected. Area was clean and kept in good condition during service. I think this property is great value for price paid. Would stay again.

Great staff, nice amenities, bedding in better shape than most hotels with what seemed to be newer mattresses. But was loud if your room is on the freeway side.

Great stay. Good breakfast. It was close to interstate but we didn't hear any traffic. The only thing I would say is that the bed was firm for our preference but I know each person is different.

Staff friendliness was the highlight of this stay. The person at checkin was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean. While it was located near the highway, I never heard any traffic. Would certainly stay here again.

property was clean. staff was friendly. breakfast was good. We did find a N95 mask on the floor and cheerios which were not ours.

When we got to our room we didn’t have a coffee pot but host found one and brought it to our room. He was very nice and helpful!
