Convenient location

Just amazing!

Water didn't drain well in sink so had to wait in between use. Had to press long time with power in hand to flush the toilet. Air condition was weak so room was warm.

Pretty good location for people for business trip. Three big shopping malls are located in 10 minutes by foot.

The room is smelly and there is no hot water for shower

Place just opened up . It’s convenient in that its right next to a shower mall. It was closedfor 6 months due to coronavirus so staff is rusty . Cleaning is not that great

Checking in taking too long, but it's not the staff mistake, I think the system is complicated. Since the access cards system also not working properly. Wifi connection is bad, I had to use my mobile data most of the time. Quite old room. But great location.

It was so late check in time

Booked the hotel with knowledge that it is dated and worn, but it is still disappointing. The room smells of stale smoke, the corridor smells of stale smoke. We were told it is a smoking hotel. Guest are permitted so smoke even when signs says other wise. The room was very noisy at night. On the lower floor will hear the loud A/C compressor blasting just outside the windows, and upper floor hears loud singing. Hot water in the bathroom seems to be in short supply after midnight. The air-condition was down for an entire day (both common area and rooms). The hotel was kind enough to provide a temporary room for our use in the afternoon. However, that room seem to have been used by another occupant while we were away. Used condom, shower items were found in the bathroom after that. Food in the hotel was unremarkable. While there were some variety, the quality of the breakfast buffet was not good. Beef was really chewy, the chicken was overcooked dry, and how fried egg can be hard to bite is beyond me. Decided to also try the Chinese and Indian restaurants by the hotel, turns out the quality was not too good either. The swimming pool is smaller than I thought, but the gym was well equipped. Location wise, it is next to Kunningan City that was convenient for my purpose. Usual horrid Jakarta traffic in that area makes driving a waste of time. If not for the walking distance to my business destination, will probably not consider this hotel again.

Old hotel. Unpleasant sleepless night with strange sound.

location was conveniently located to where attending for a wedding. but the traffic condition was terrible. the AC was really noisy and we have to turn it off to get good sleep. The curtain in the room wasn't set up properly but we managed to close it everything at night. The room did not meet our expectation for the price. It wasn't much choices of food particularly for western.

THERE IS NO CUPS FOR COFFEE AT THE CAFE DURING THE MORNING BREAKFAST ON 19TH SEPTEMBER 2019. WAITING TIME MORE THAN 20MINS.

Amazing experience visited for two weeks everything is nice about this hotel. Specially inclusion of Indian cuisines in breakfast was a big plus for me.

Hotel is nice and employees are kind. but I need to go out to get cash every time. I don't believe that there was no ATM in the hotel.

Sometimes stopped the power supply and it could not supply hot water or so.

NEED TO IMPROVE ON ROOM FACILITIES. tHE rEMOTE CONTROLLER NOT WORKING. THE AIRCON IS NOT COOL. TOILET AMNETIES NO EAR BUD.
