It was wonderful that we were able to check in earlier. The friendly staff were wonderful and very kind.

There was a unforeseen complication around my booking, but the staff was very proactive and upgraded my booking. The room was spacious and clean, and I liked the option of turning on the heather, because it is very cold at this time of year in Hanoi. The highlight of my stay was the staff, everyone is extremely courteous and friendly, including Stacy who helped me with my booking and answered my questions. Sophia is the friendliest hotel worker I have had the chance to meet. She has such a kind heart and she is very knowledgeable about activities to do around Hanoi. Thank you for all your help and for being outsanding at your job.

Stayed here for 4 days beginning of Jan 2023. The staff was quick in getting me checked into my hotel. They were friendly and very helpful. Especially Ahn who went out of his way to assist me with a very special situation. The facility and room was as pictured. Good variation of food for breakfast. The communication has been wonderful from the time of my booking with pick up and throughout my trip in Vietnam even after my stay there. Richie was so very fantastic with dealing with travel booking and changes. Definitely recommend staying here.

Excellent customer service by Ritchie and team. The quad room at Beryl Signature was spacious and clean. Local tours recommended by the hotel were good and well-priced. Christmas party organised by the hotel for all guests and staff on Christmas Eve was a pleasant surprise. Thanks to the bosses and team for a pleasant stay.

All of the staff were very professional and knowledgeable and were very kind. We enjoyed our stay and the building and room were extremely clean and well maintained.

Weak air condition, warm in the room. The cleaning person did forget to put towels in the room. the cleaning was not satisfying. The soap was finished. The personnel were very friendly and nice.

I spent a lot of time choosing the best hotels before going to Hanoi. The final choice Hanoian Angel Hotel & Spa. The hotel staff who was waiting for me, welcomed me very nicely and he also upgraded the room to a spacious room. The breakfast has made to order food as well as a buffet. I felt I received the highest level of service from every moment while I was staying. I was very satisfied with my stay in this hotel and would definitely recommend to others. The best choice in Hanoi !

Amazing hotel in fantastic location walking distance to many attractions in the old quarter. By far the best part about the hotel is the staff though. Super friendly and accommodating. Willing to go the extra mile to book any tours or anything else you may need. Taylor in particular was a fantastic staff member and a true asset to the business. Couldn’t recommend more highly

The location is within walking distance to most of Hanoi tourist attraction: The Railway street which is always crowded with tourists, the St Joseph cathedral, the ancient prison, the Hoan Kiem lake and even the HCM mausoleum. The Long Bien bridge is 30 minutes away but you can attend the night market on your way back. The staff is very very helpful. A bell boy even brought me to a money changer on a road parallel to Hang Bong where I received a far better rate. They even advised on amount to pay taxi for a ride. The receptionists are very helpful and always smiling. They advised on shopping and places to visit. Breakfast is excellent. Some may find that they cater more for Asiatic tourists but when travelling we must adapt to local conditions.Value for money is excellent compared to a 4 star next door where the average price was 3 X more expensive. Rooms are very neat and tidy. It is very relaxing and calm inside in spite being situated in a very live street. On my return from a 10 day tour I was upgraded to a superior room with NO additional costs

The room we got was massive. Had a nice private balcony. The shower was average. Hotel arranged a couple of tours. The ha long bay was good but couldnt tell the difference between that standard and delux. The full day city tour was overpriced and not worth it. Hotel is in a good central location and staff were amazing.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed at the jr suite so the room was comfortable and cozy with balcony. Hotel is in good location.

Had an amazing experience at Angel Palace. From the moment we checked-in the friendly staff treated us with the greatest customer service. They were extremely helpful in letting us know of things to do and places to eat in Hanoi. Hotel was located on the edge of the Old Quarter so everything was readily accessible. In particular we would like to thank one of the staff members at Angel Palace, Anna, who treated us like family and went above and beyond to make sure we would have a pleasant experience!

I stayed here twice during my trip to Hanoi and so its been very good for me and my friends. The customer service is great, make me feel very welcoming. I would totally stay here again my next trip.

We only stayed in the Angel palace hotel for 2 days and 2 nights, but it was a great stay. The place looks great, the staff are very welcoming and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff in particular were very accommodating; on the first day we had a member of reception (James, I believe) who was very helpful and friendly. He even gave us a map and marked on it the best places to go and things to see in Hanoi and made sure we knew where we were going which was great. On the second day it was a different receptionist that helped us (female this time but unfortunately her name escapes me) and she was also very helpful. She helped us make arrangements for leaving, got us a taxi sorted with a pre-quoted price, and also gave us advice on what to do/where to go in Hanoi. If I had to be picky and make one criticism, it would be that the breakfast wasnt quite to my liking and was a little bit minimalist, but thats probably just personal taste. Overall, great stay in a great hotel.

Located conveniently within walking distance of old quarter and lake. Keeping the breakfast buffet warm was the only issue, however this also happens in 5star hotels and did not overshadow the overall pleasant experience.

The description does not state that you need to pay an additional 5 USD er night if you want a room with a window. After paying this, the room only came with a small 25cm high sliding window. So that was a bit disappointing, though not unusual for Hanoi.

Overall experience was average. Hotel staff were very helpful. Breakfast is average. Room cleanness is average.
