Hotel in bad condition. Lousy service.

It was good overall. The shower was not working properly, the water pressure was low. The breakfast dish was not filled in timely manner.

wanted to change the room because toilet flush handle broken, bad smell in the room but was asked more $$$ due to suite room only. Stayed outside until 9 pm, jumped to bed just for sleep only because of the room sticky smell. Curtain pins stayed out from the first day till one day early check out, don't know how room cleaned. I made Reservation for a room with two queen size beds and was paid for in advance. Once I got to the location I was told that that room with the queen beds was not available anymore and that they did not have nothing for me. They ended up giving me a room with double beds instead so basically once you make a reservation, it is not guarantee you’re even going to get what you asked for and paid for in the beginning very disappointing, considering that’s the only one in that area that is a good place to stay

The employees were not helpful and they almost charged us for the wrong room. They were just talking and ignoring us for a while too.

Staff courteous and efficient but room window did not have blackouts and air conditioning and bathroom exhaust fan were terrible noisy (as if broken).
Have not had such a similar experience in an IHG property.

They were not ready to check in at 4 oclock when they said we could check in at 3. The front desk people were rude and not polite. The online pictures are very deceiving and breakfast was not what they said it would be. I would not stay here again

When me and my family checked it, the rooms appeared to be clean however you could physically feel the grime on the counters. We went and got cleaning supplies and cleaned the bathroom services counter tops and the tile. It was filthy! As if it hadn’t been mopped! Housekeeping never cleaned my room despite us leaving early in the morning, being gone all day and removing the do not disturb sign. There was also a spider hanging from a web on the light upon entering the room which I can thank the front desk lady for coming up and handling herself. It was ok, but I won’t be staying here again.

This hotel could use some leveling up on cleanliness, the carpet needed to be vacuumed in the room and public areas.
The breakfast that was served was good, but the lady working the kichen was rude and there was not any suger for coffee and also there was not any jelly.
I was over charged for my room.

The staff was great. The room had a burnt out light in bathroom and tv didn't work correctly. The next morning there was no hot breakfast they didn't have any food. The truck hadn't arrive. Expedia was super helpful. 2 dayscorrectly.
