Excellent hotel for a good price through Hotels.com, close to all the things you need or want to do in the west end of Edmonton. Loved the kitchenette style of the room and the breakfast was fantastic.

It is a nice clean hotel with ample space. Quick check in and no hassle.

The overall stay was good.. but when came time to relax for the night the tv lost signal constantly and when i aaked at the front desk i was told only our floor and the one above were affected. Met friends the next morning who stayed on the same floor and their tv was unaffected the whole time

Our first room was disgusting and not cleaned properly at all, but the front desk manager located a new room for us and was very helpful making sure our stay was comfortable.

1.) WiFi signal was not steady.
2.) Front desk people were cold, no smile and didn’t say hello at most of the times I passed through their counter.
3.) in the lobby that they offered complimentary coffee and tea 24 by 7, but too dark and no light to illuminate. They need to improve for this.

Just everything there was absolutely beautiful, there was one younger staff member working front desk, super friendly and always joked with us.

This is a great hotel. This was our 2nd time staying here and it has been good. It has usually been decently priced. The breakfast is good, definitely better than most. Rooms are very comfortable and staff are pleasant. Would certainly stay again

I would not recommend staying here. My wife and I drove for 5 hours and arrived nearly 2 hours AFTER their 3pm check in time, only be told the room was not ready. We were asked to wait for 30 minutes in the lobby.
When we arrived back to pack it in for the night, there was someone in the room beside us that was literally yelling in their room, and we called the front desk on them twice within a 2 hour period. I was told they would send security to talk to them. After ANOTHER 2 hours, we could STILL hear them through the walls and I called the front desk one more time, then I went and banged loudly on the wall. After that, they were finally quiet. (around 2:00am)
We were also told $100 would be discounted to us but after I got home and checked my credit card statement, alas, this did not happen.
Simply put, that was the first and last time we will stay at this hotel.

Stayed 4 nights. Property is in a somewhat industrial area. Room was very spacious with king size bed, living room and kitchenette with fairly big fridge, dishwasher, sink and dishes. Sofa is dated and could be replaced. Bed is comfy. Very good breakfast. Spent our evenings at the campfire with family by the main entrance.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and professional. Parking was free and plentiful. The hotel was conveniently close to West Edmonton Mall.

Staff - asked for coffee for the machine in the room and was told by agent to come to the desk. Check out agent asked how was our stay as clearly an obligated question she must ask because it was not even with a nice attitude but rather as bothered that we even stoped at the desk. I answer it was just “ok”, meaning it could have been better but she didn’t even look at us but her screen and ignored my comment as she is not interested to make it any better for us. Ask the staff to check our air conditioning as it was very loud, nothing was done about it. Told them once we checked in the room smelled terrible everyday we entered and nothing was done about it or offered.
Facilities- pool looked extremely dirty, we couldn’t enjoy with a peace of mind because of it. Towels were no available always considering the hotel was full.
Breakfast - never had space to sit, outside with food was bringing us bees so we went to the room. Terrible.

We had a good stay and i realize replacing mattresses in the rooms were great.
We were told we could check in a little early but that didn't happen. Maybe a better organization in doing this is needed, also made us late on where we needed to be after check in

Was easy to get cabs and Ubers to the property. Was just outside the perimeter for lime scooters so you could park it and walk 5 minutes to get back from any location.

I booked a room with 2 queen beds however when I arrived there was one bed and one pullout couch which we had no materials.
It only had 4 couch cushions which only fit 2/3 of the bed.
No way someone could sleep on it.
So the staff brought up a really dirty foamy…. Pretty bad for a pricy hotel.

We enjoyed the free breakfast, and also enjoyed the room layout of the suites with separate room for the bed. What didn’t go well was how much the room cleanliness and quality had deteriorated over the last year since we were there. Ottoman with leather crumbling apart, multiple stains on carpeting and furniture, as well as on the pull out mattress especially. We notified the front desk and we were kindly moved across the parking lot to the other Hilton hotel (double tree). Our new room was great and so very clean. Overall disappointed with the condition of room but staff were excellent and helpful with our issues.
