This is a great hotel. This was our 2nd time staying here and it has been good. It has usually been decently priced. The breakfast is good, definitely better than most. Rooms are very comfortable and staff are pleasant. Would certainly stay again

Expedia quoted 145 including taxes hotel charge 167. As of this writing bill remains the same. Who will make this right? Expedia not the hotel

The room is nice and also the pool is available 24 hours so that’s really good

I was fairly close to the elevator so it was a bit loud. Overall I would stay here again, but would request a room far from the elevator. Breakfast was great!

The hallways had garbage on the floors, the couch was very dirty in our room. Some rooms did had smoke detectors removed. The breakfast area had no decent seating. Too many smokers sitting and standing in front of the front doors. The bed was sagging, and the shower had low pressure.

We found the suites comfortable and well appointed for extended stays. There were some problems with exercise equipment and an elevator but these were repaired fairly quickly. We were disappointed by the later weekend breakfast start.

I wish they had a hot tub

In Edmonton for a family weekend getaway. Hotel itself is great, rooms have a kitchenette which is helpful. And, from what we could tell, the room was quite clean. Pull out couch is fine - but you'll have to ask the front desk for more sheets. Pool is small - and size limited play as the hotel allows swimming lessons during the day. If lessons aren't going on, the pool size is ok. However with lessons ongoing, and if your kids are energetic and need room to splash and play, this may not be the place for you. Breakfast was standard continental, and appreciated.

The outside amenities were great, but the room needs more attention regarding the beds and the bed sheets . The carpet was dirty, the sofa had a smell and same with the bed sheets. Swiming pool area was a bit forgotten as the towels rack was empty for our entire stay, although staff came in and out multiple time but didnt pay attention to it. Breakfast was wondeeful and a good variety of choices. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thank you for your hospitality .

Great place great price

Was very good. Breakfast was a great assortment of food. I really enjoyed the breakfast sandwhiches. There was only 1 kleenex in the bathroom, which may be what most places have, but would have been nice to have one in the living room. AC worked great, full kitchen of dishes and dishwasher and full size fridge. Downside was we were on the floor of a soccer team so we were woken up at 830am on a Sat with kids screaming in the hall at each other. Pool also had towels used fast and werent replenished right away so we all had to use the same towel to try and dry; reported to front desk.

We had issues from the beginning. We were given the keys to a room that was clearly not cleaned. We called the front desk and they said they would send someone up with keys to another room, they left us waiting by the elevator on our original floor with kids, a dog, and luggage for half an hour before they came to take us to the next room. The TV is old and has no smart app functions to log into our streaming services. This is pretty standard nowadays in hotels. Our family went swimming and found out that the hotel had either run out of pool towels or had no way of laundering them. Whatever the reason, our family and the other families swimming all had to trek back up to our rooms soaking wet. The halls and the elevator was of course wet and slippery as a result. Why a hotel wouldn’t be prepared for a hot weekend in the summer and the need for pool towels, I have no idea! We booked a king room with a sofa bed, our kids used the sofa bed and complained all night about a painful bar in their backs from the centre support. Generally, our stay was really bad.

Very nice and clean room. Had all the things needed for an extended stay - large refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, plates, cups, silverware etc. Would stay again.

We loved the set up of the room. Full fridge, dishes, and dishwasher.

This property is located in West Edmonton, not too far (10 mins) from West Edmonton Mall. Very quiet and well maintained It is located in an industrial area so not a lot of traffic around....lot od restaurants in a 3 km radius.

They tried to put me in a gross pee stained, pet friendly room even though I didn't have a pet. When I complained they "upgraded" me to a room with a leaky pipe. Everytime you had a shower the carpet in the bedroom somehow developed a puddle from the ground up. Smelled like years of mold and dirt. Totally gross. Had to keep our shoes on the entire time.

The most clean hotel I have ever been too. Service was top notch. Breakfast was pretty good. No complaints!
