Windows dusted, excepting the balcony doors, all the apartments widows they were not clean!
Sofa bed was very uncomfortable, I feels the rails

Pros: right on the beach, location (walking distance to many restaurants and Publix, amenities (especially pools, gym), valet service is efficient and kind.
On average: the apartment could have more dishware (e.g. there were 4 forks only). The place is safe but I saw no one in the pool area or beach door, if something happens probably no staff will notice promptly as the front desk is the only place you'll find someone.
Cons: the mattress for the sofa bed was bad (very soft, even for a kid), apartment looks smaller than announced, it could be provided cleaning during extended stays (e.g. stayed for 10 nights and had no cleaning during the whole stay - although it was previously informed, it could improve the client experience considering the price and length of the stay).

I would rate this place 5 stars if I was traveling only us a couple, but we are family of for, so we needed the sofa bed and I am telling you, it’s horrible!
Other than that I really enjoyed this place so much! Checking-in was easy lobby always smelling good and have fresh water for the guests, and coffee every morning , valet parking was a plus (price included in the resort fee) we had everything that we needed! This place got my attention because is Beach Front, gorgeous pools (5th floor pool have breathtaking view!) beach chairs and umbrellas all inclusive! Most hotels in Miami even paying resort fees you still have to pay for parking and beach umbrellas! Our “partial ocean view was gorgeous! Our unit was clean (but the sheets was a little old but clean.) If you have kids they are going to love the playground very close to this hotel!
This place got my heart! Just please change the sofa bed! I am not alone complaining about that!

Even though it was mentioned the free parking .. they made us pay 20$ per day for parking. Also, we were three, they asked us to pay extra 80$ to open the sofa bed as well as it was included.. they also refused to take cash deposit and asked for an open visa deposit.. worst experience ever!

There are multiple companies managing the property. I was asked to provide the same information multiple times. Spend at least 2 hours dealing with paperwork issues. Poor customer service at front desk.

Overal my stay was good, room was fantastic, but before we get in there was an email to do and don't do list for room, I had to clean the room pretty much completely before I leave, that was very annoying to clean while on vacation, also we stopped at pool once with my kids, there was so much sand and so annoying more than that there were a couple making love in the hot tube "Gross"

Communication with monte Carlo was awful . I called the property and emailed 7 times about early check in and was told yes then room was not ready at 2 like I was told.- I was also supposed to have a room upgrade and late check out and was not given those.
I would not stay here again- everything was tough and poor communication and the elevator was awful and slow.

Great view by the ocean. Pull out couch was missing some springs for the bed. Spa wasn't open during our stay which is one of the reasons i pick this place but overall its a good place

No internet service throughout the hotel, the hotel is outdated, it’s an apartment hotel they expect you to leave the room the way you checked in, like clean up. Wash cloths were thin and cheap we only had 2, the balcony glass was not cleaned old water left on the glass. The iron was not hot, the ironing board didn’t have a cushion pad..remote controls hard to use to change the channels.. We’ll never stay here only good thing is that it’s centrally located.. staff was nice

Everything was 10/10, friendless of the staff. Amenities,
Safety, cleanliness, convenience ( swimming pool and the beach). Location close to restaurants and grocery stores. Easy access to the expressway and the airport.
Was a very good experience.
We highly recommended to everyone planning to visit Miami.

They are charging me for an early check in, I checked in at 4 pm, I've called more than 10 times and they don't solve my problem, only one employee was polite, the others at reception were always in a bad mood, only three beach towels if you If you want more, you have to call Churchill's number, the air conditioning and Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working at this hotel, never again.

We stayed for 3 nights at Monte Carlo and couldn’t be any happier. Everything was exceptional, location and view, the service and the property is clean and well taken care of. The beach is also 2 min walk. Will be coming back for sure.

There were a few positives about our stay but unfortunately they were far outweighed by all the negatives.
Positives: Spacious apartment, comfortable bed, provided snacks and toiletries. Lots of soft towels. Right on the beach with easy access and chairs & umbrellas. Communal and pool areas were nice.
Negatives: Furnishings & fittings were tired and broken e.g. light switches not working, towel rail broken, dirty stained ironing board cover, broken lamps. Very noisy air conditioning that broke down once. We had cockroaches in our kitchen area and when we tried to communicate with customer services, the communication was very slow and we did not get updated for four days having to spend our holiday time chasing them up.
Reception staff were pleasant and helpful but could only help so much as they don’t work for Churchill Suites who were only available by phone.
Overall not good value for what we paid and we would not recommend staying here.

Great property. Backing right onto the beach walk path and beach. Everything that was needed was available and if something was missed the service provided. ( brought us a baking sheet the next day as one seemed missing but we got a swift response and action.

Our room was just like the pictures, fairly minimal but I would definitely stay here again !! The ocean view was very nice to wake up to !!
