This is a nice hotel in the heart of Hanoi.
It is in reasonable walking distance to Train Street .
There are plenty of food and shopping options in walking distance and tour buses pick up nearby.
Thouroughly recommended.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful. The room had a large, comfortable King bed, good air conditioning, WiFi and even a fridge in the room. This hotel had everything I needed and for the price, you can’t beat it.

Staying at this hotel was the perfect start of our trip in Vietnam. The staff was super friendly, helped us with a lot of practical stuff and arrangements on our first night in Vietnam. They helped us out (with a big smile) with everything we first thought we had to go into the city. They booked transportation, fixed a local sim card for us and much more. Besides the great staff, the room was great! Clean, spatious, everything we needed for a first good night of sleep after traveling. Big big thanks to Lilly and her team, we would for sure reccomend this hotel and we’ll be back in the future!

Good location in Old Quarter. Anna, Hotel Mgr, was very helpful in making our stay comfortable. Hotel doesn't have the amenities the larger hotels have, but they are a boutique hotel that provides a personal touch. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Very enjoyable experience.

Great location that is near to all attraction. Excellent service!! They offer to pack breakfast for us to take away to airport as we are taking a early flight back to home. Such a sweet gesture :) will definitely come back to Chic hotel when I visit Hanoi again.

I wish I could score this hotel higher! Everything was perfect, rooms very comfortable, nicely positioned in Hanoi and the staff extremely helpful giving advice on booking trips away and places to eat locally.

The tour bus to Ha Long was not coming to pick us up. Receptionist Moon called the tour operator to send the bus to pick us up. Thank you Moon. Lan, Chris, Puch were all very friendly and helpful.

Centrally located in the Old Quarter of Hanoi the hotel offers quiet, comfortable and clean rooms. Not all have windows to the outside, but that is the case in more hotels in Vietnam. Staff is helpful and friemdly, breakfast, which is included in roomrate, is good.

Balcony room with street view and king size bed 5th floor. Very spacious, quiet, and clean. Stylish choinois furniture is heavy and hard to sit on. Not so the bed, soft but supportive. Bathroom is small, shower in bath. Happy to spend a week with partner. Breakfast is extraordinarily good in range and quality (except pho! ).Location in old city. Quiet street. Seems to be the first and therefore last for tour pickups.

We stayed here for 5 nights in early October. Our bed was extremely comfortable and the room was relatively quiet, as we were on the 5th floor facing away from the street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - a good mix of fresh fruit & juice, Vietnamese and American continental style breakfast. Our crepes were delicious! Wifi was consistent. Overall we would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay and only annoyance was with a drunk hotel guest who banged on our room door very loudly in the middle of the night. We were jolted from our sleep, but this is not any fault of the hotel. Room was spacious and kept clean.

Booked a family room thinking we would get 2 double beds (children 7/10). Ended in a room with one double and one single bed. The hotel initially offered a extra roller bed which was impossible to fit in the available space. We were moved after the first night into another room only after multiple discussions with management. Food average compared to other 3-3.5 star hotels in the area.

This is actually a review of Hanoi Chic Boutique Hotel, a sister hotel, to which we were transferred by request when our travel plans changed at the last minute. We were quite grateful that they accommodated us, and even upgraded us to a balcony room. The staff was helpful and they also let us leave our luggage in storage when we went to Halong Bay for an overnight cruise. Breakfast was generous, although the breakfast hall was small. We were happy to take our breakfast in our room though. Being on Bat Su St., it's a bit of a walk to Hoan Kiem lake, but it was less crowded in the area.

We stayed at Hanoi Chic Hotel for two nights while we were in Hanoi, and very much enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and stocked with amenities, the complimentary breakfast included both local and international offerings, and the staff was extremely hospitable and helpful.

Everything was good. Breakfast was nice and they served it until late morning. especailly coffee was so nice. but about my room, there was no window toward outside. So little dark and groomy.
