Very nice hotel located inside a mall. Very convenient location for anything you might need. Staff was excellent. Rooms were nice, spacious and comfortable. Aircon worked good. Cleaning staff very friendly. Only improvement can see is add more towels to room. No washcloths or handtowels.

Aside from its cleanliness, the staffs are very friendly and helpful, the location is perfect as it is just right on the mall area where you do your shoppings and dinings

Location was great, conveniently connected to Magnolia mall. Staff was very kind nad helpful. Building itself needs a lot of updating, the shower pressure was low, ripped couch cover, stains on headboard and worse part is you hear everything outside your door in the hallway. Their smoking area is not within the bldg property like most do, which i thought was since its written on the property profile, its all the way down to the mall parking lot, not open air. All in all an average stay.

Room was clean. However, the water is allover the bathroom floor when you shower. I suggest you bring rubber slippers for showering for hygiene purposes

The windows in the room leaked so when it rained there was a puddle on the floor. The fridge didn’t work and one of the ceiling lights blinked incessantly when lights were off. The bedding was clean but the rest of the room and bathroom floors shower was kinda dirty. Conveniently connected to a huge mall. That was nice.

We stayed in rooms that were quite dated. Missing essentials like hand towels and not enough toilet paper. Staff were sometimes nice but not very helpful with services like laundry. Conveniently located as part of the mall. That was a huge plus.

The room wasn’t very clean. There was a puddle near the windows after a rainy night. The fridge wasn’t working. Cleanliness was an issue. But it was conveniently located attached to the beautiful Robinsons mall.

Room service is not good. I requested fresh towels - never got them. Room service promised to provide right back - never did. Glass divider inside bathroom had molds on the lower part.

I like the location close to everything. The security guards are very polite to the guests very nice gestures. The man in the reception name quino he made our stay very welcoming. The beds and pillows are comfy. The buildings are not high better for those who has fear of heights. Need a bit of paint on the inside the bathrooms cabinets but all in all very nice hotel. Definitely I will be going back to stay again.

Checked in was pleasant and swift. Kim was courteous and upheld the real meaning of hospitality. Overall-I was very satisfied and will definitely use this establishment again for my next stay.

The room is spacious, but doesn't have a microwave. I had to request for housekeeping twice before they finally came.

Hotel accessibility to restaurants and shopping is excellent but the hotel room needs overhaul. Front entrance to the hotel needs more cleanliness .Customer service has is excellent

My room was very pleasant. Hot water pot, small safe for valuables, consistent wifi. Water coolers in the hall. Cleanliness could be better. There were some hairs and other residue on the bathroom counter. The bathroom was small and the blow dryer was not working. Other guests had issues with the water and could not get hot water for shower. I had no issues in that regard. EXCELLENT SERVICE throughout my stay. Hot breakfast served in the basement, for a small charge. Conveniently located.

Summit hotel is conveniently attached to one of the best malls in Quezon City so dining and shopping options are excellent. While the hotel needs a lot of upkeep and thorough improvement, the kind and friendly staff make up for it. Thank you!
