Excellent place to stay if you’re on a budget, has a kitchen shared (luckily no one else fancied using it whilst we stayed there) and a shared bathroom. Bedrooms cleaned every other day, although we didn’t have our bed made more than once in seven days, we just got new towels.

During my check-in, the staff attitude was bad. When I asked question, he stopped me and said rudely that waited until I finished. When he finished, he did not ask me what was my question. I had to check with him "Are you finish ?" By the time he was very unpatient & impolite. The staff is a guy aged 20 something & with brone hair. Other staffs are good and helpful. Regarding the cups, plates etc. , some were not cleaned after used. They should check & clean before other room guests stay in.

The residence is clean with a well equipped small kitchen. Staff are very nice.

The lady at check in was wonderful. All of the staff was really but she was extra helpful to us. I was sick and she opened a little early and arranged for us to get our room earlier as there was surprisingly one available. She was also very kind. The man who checked us out did so very fast as well. Overall, the staff was so easy to deal with and we had great customer service. The room was clean with the TV having a few music channels and news channels I believe in English. The main bathroom in our private room’s apartment (there was 2 private rooms that shared the amenities of the apartment such as 2 bathrooms and a kitchen) had a deep bath tub and hair dryer. This apartment building also has a small elevator and an inexpensive Italian restaurant in it that has good pasta. We had the duck tagliatelle which was superb. There is a Billa grocery store within a few minutes walk, just behind the building, and the Florenc train station is right in front of the apartments. 20 minute walk to the Old Town and 40 minute walk to Prague Castle. None of the walk is uphill either, except for when you are walking up to the Castle of course. The only downsides of this apartment were that our oven did not work but I am sure they have fixed it by now as they said they had a repair man coming. The other downside was that the bed was pretty firm but it was not the worst I have slept on in Eastern Europe. The pillows and blankets were very comfy though and made up for it. Overall, great value! :)

I liked my stay, and it was the right balance of price and quality for me. The front desk hours were nice compared to some other similarly priced options, and when I arrived (or later had questions) the front desk staff were helpful. The area is a bit removed from the city center but convenient: right near the metro/trams/etc. (Florenc station, about 15 minutes to connect to the city center), a 3 minute walk from a large supermarket, and some a couple good restaurants next door. The apartment setup was also convenient for a relaxing stay. One minor issue was that my reservation information said there would be a microwave in the room, so I purchased a microwave dinner at the supermarket one night not realizing I hadn't actually seen a microwave, and it wasn't in my room when I got back to heat and eat the food. So I hope the staff check what is listed here on hotels.com as included with the rooms to avoid confusion, although the staff were helpful (offered to bring me a microwave to my room the next day, though I didn't need it, and let me heat up the food that one time in the front office). I only mention the microwave because it's confusing planning a long distance trip without knowing exactly what to expect. I still had a great stay, and would happily stay here again if I return to Prague.

Only 15 minute walk from old town square & 2 minute walk from nearest metro stop. In a quite street it's clean & comfortable. Would stay here again.

Good place to live in Prague if you haven’t that much for budget. It’s cozy place with well equipped kitchen. Worthy for the price.

It was far more than what we expected. The location is good, the staff are with smiles, and the pizzas down there were tasty. We would like to come back again.

There are metro, bus and tram stations near by. Not far from heart of Prague if you like to walk! Everything was ok except you can hear the voice from downstairs very clearly. Disappointing breakfast as they only gave you some toast, jam and snack bar not even eggs or milk. It cost us £9 for 3 days but I’d rather get them in BILLA.

Basic hotel, good value for price, 10 minute walk to centre, easy public transport access as the bus station is across the road and train station behind the hotel.

Close to Florenc bus and Metro station. The reception only open during 8am to10pm, so if want to store luggage must notice the time. The shared toilet and shower room are clean, there’s an equipment public kitchen where you may cook or keep milk in refrigerator. Overall it was a nice two-nights stay.

I had a great experience with the apartment. The staff were very helpful and informative. The toilet and bathroom were clean, and the bedroom too was clean except that the window closes on its own even if i opened it overnight as it was hot during the summer.

The hotel is in a quiet area, but nearby to the theater, plenty of restaurants and bars & clubs. The tv only has one English language channel so prepare for CNN. The internet is pretty decent and free. They have an in room safe for security. Great value stay. Great tour assistance from tge staff.

An old building with apartments made into a kind of a hotel-meets-hostel, where a few (but not all) rooms on a floor share a bath and kitchen. It is extremely well located and properly taken care of. We got two rooms, one even had a balcony. The only nuisance is the lack of parking space, not even for check-in. All slots in front of the Rezidence belong to the police department across the street, no leniency (and no time in catching you if you attempt a drop-and-run operation). Instead park down the street by the train bridge, there's free space around and is only half a block away for check-in. And for the actual parking, the hotel has a deal with a garage three blocks away.
