Front desk agent in the am shift was nice n friendly very helpful and courteous

The floors were dirty. The hotel was in very unsafe area to travel in. Many men on the streets smoking cigarettes just hanging out. It’s not safe for women traveling alone.

Room was very hot. The WIFI was unavailable for a few hours.

Property is relatively new. Room is spacious. However, only a shower towel was provided which is not up to sanitation standards. A face towel should be provided in addition to the shower towel.

Extremely good and comfortable hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and could not do any more for us. The location is also very quiet, very close to the Docks and the huge shopping centre Les Terrasses du Port.

+Easy accessible to Trams, so good connectivity to all locations. +Room we stayed in spacious enough, neat and clean. -Property corridor and elevator stinks and doesn’t seem neat and clean.

Location is good, not very clean. Check In process was slow

We have booked this hotel for our family (me, my wife and two children). In terms of location, this hotel is very well located, around 15 minutes walking to city center. However, the hotel itself was very disappointing... the room offered to us was quite old and the bathroom was very dirty, to the point we were almost not willing to use it. We had to wash it before using it. The upper beds for the children were full of sand dust. Right under the entry door, the ceiling was dripping water from the air conditioning machine, so every time we had to leave or we would arrive, we would have to dry the floor. Breakfast was paid. Worth the price to what was offered, as we were not able to find another place that could match the price for an equivalent meal. I would not recommend this place to anyone, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.

It was a wonderful place. The staffs are friendly too.

Bathroom was not clean very well. Staffs are kind, gave me a cup of coffee.

I take this hotel every time I come in Marseille and I’m still happy to go back

In our room when someone was taking a shower, water was leaking through the floor until the room and soaking the dirty carpet. the non smoking room was smelling cigarretes and the breakfast was not that impressing

Good breakfast. Poor condition of room: duct tape over hole in front door of our room, etc, broken mirror in elevator. Polite workers.

Stayed twice now. The first time was okay, the bathroom soap dispenser not being loaded was the only downside (and was fixed two days later). The second time, however: the air conditioning did not cool the room, the water in the shower would not drain fast enough leading to flooding and worst of all there were mosquitoes (many) that bit me through the night. The staff were good otherwise, the location is reasonably convenient and the bed and general cleanliness were okay.

This hotel is conveniently located and priced much better than near-by hotels. The breakfast in the morning was simple but fine, and the room was very quiet. However the internet speed was too low (advertised as 'very fast'), and there were lots of mosquitos during the night so I could not sleep very well.
