Staff were great when we saw them. Unstaffed most of our stay. I hadn't realized no breakfast served so had to find a place locally but it didn't open till 9. Brock's parking is very challenging as it's a long walk away. So loading car was a hassle. Room was comfortable and clean. Circus restaurant next door was great!

This was a short 15 min walk from the train station. They communicated multiple times so we could locate our key on arrival.

This is a lovely guest house in a great location. It’s close to town in a quiet area. It was very clean with a comfortable bed. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic location. Great for a couples weekend away

The room was well furnished and clean. Getting access to keys was easy. The bed was comfortable and coffee making facilities were in the room. Wpuld definitely book here again. Fantatic location close to the Victoria Park, Royal Crecent and City Centre. The information file in the room is also useful to vistors to Bath. Lots of tourist tips as well as recomedations for places to eat.

Great location! The room was clean and spacious. The only downside was parking. It took a little bit of searching to find something.

Great location, only a short walk to a range of restaurants and tourist attractions. Staff were lovely, accommodation was very clean, quiet and comfortable. We were lucky and got a park in the street out front however at times the street was quite busy so you might need to park a few streets away, the hotel provide a parking permit for the area. No lift (elevator) however that wasn’t an issue for us and something we have come across frequently in our travels. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

Great location. Within walking distance to everything. Difficult to find a parking spot but after 6pm it appears to get better.

Ideal near the town centre

Excellent location to go shopping, sight seeing or visiting theatre. The guesthouse room was immaculate and had all the essentials to ensure the comfort of our stay. A friendly greeting on our arrival, would recommend to future visitors to Bath that are requiring somewhere to stay.

This property was beautiful. Though my room was in the basement, and the steps down were narrow, it was beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable, the linens were great and especially the tub was perfect. A great place to unwind. I wish I stayed longer.

Fabulous location 10minute stroll takes you through the city centre to the river. Room was very comfortable. We had a problem with the Internet connection on day one but after that it was very good. Would we stay again certainly we would.

I loved this place! The free parking was the true gem of this hotel as it saved us around £25+ on alternative arrangements but there was nothing I didn't like about the hotel. We had the basement room and it was stunningly clean, had lovely effective heating, a gorgeous bathroom, felt very secure and private, and had absolutely everything you'd need for a city trip in the centre of Bath. We made hot chocolates with the yummy free sachets provided and walked for 1 minute up to the Royal Crescent to watch the sunrise up over the city. The staff were lovely but the whole check in process was contact free so if you don't like talking to people you can do the full check in/out process without seeing anyone haha! We'll happily stay at Brocks Guest House again any time :)

Great central location, close to all that Bath has to offer. Room was well presented and had everything I needed for my stay. The guest house was adhering to COVID legislation and it worked very well. I had to search for car parking but luckily found a space very close to the guest house and used the parking permit provided. All in all a very good stay.

We only spent an overnight stay when we visited our son in Bath but we were very impressed and would certainly stay there again. Check in was very easy, no contact with plenty of instructions. The room was very clean and comfortable with eco toiletries and lots of welcome touches, from fresh flowers to biscuits and granola bars alongside the coffee, tea and hot chocolate supplied. We didn’t need to use to car parking pass but it would be very useful for many visitors. There was plenty of local information supplied. I appreciated having an openable window in the room and the view from our top floor room was delightful over the rooftops of Bath and with a lit up church on the hill in the distance. It is so easy to walk to all the nearby attractions in Bath although it is a slightly quieter area.

Room was dusty and had cobwebs. The shower didn’t work properly, kept going scalding hot and then freezing cold with out touching the controls. Window to the bathroom is straight onto the busy street anyone can look/in especially the tour buses!! Staff not available after 6pm until the morning. No breakfast available even though it states it’s available at the property.

A lovely room/hotel. The room was just what I needed, spacious for one person, and a very comfy bed. The staff were nice and very helpful, giving useful information about places to visit and taxi services. Location was perfect, five minutes from the crescent and almost a straight walk down to the centre. I have already recommended it to other people!

Amazing property in a great location. It was our second stay and won’t be our last! The only disappointing thing is the electric shower and lack of water pressure, but it didn’t detract from a great stay.

I wish I was writing a better review but alas it’s not. We were under the impression that we were booking in for a room with breakfast. On arrival we were told this wasn’t the case and was told that a refund for this would be issued. This was very disappointing as it was a busy Father’s Day weekend and booking breakfast was tricky. The room and location were great and we were allowed to grab our parking permit earlier and it just so happened our room was ready so was able to drop cases in. On departure I checked with the guy running the guest house about the refund and he assured me that this would be done. Payment for the stay should have been taken on departure but they took the money out from the card details given way before our arrival. This was disappointing as I wanted to use a different card. Annoying that venues are still using covid as an excuse to not give you what you pay for. I tried to give them a chance to amend this error by emailing and chasing them. There has been no response. So on that basis I would say I would be wary.

A great couple of nights at the wonderful Brock's! Very pleasantly surprised by the room, fantastic location and we found a parking space quite easily (grateful for the permit!). Definitely recommended.
