Property was nice good space just bathrooms were not massively clean but was only 2 nights if it was longer I would of complained

Amazingly location with brilliant staff

The room itself was not clean, there was a large amount of pubic hair in the draw below the sink along with hair all over the shower and bath

It was nice. Settee probably needs a good clean as think milk had been spilt on it previously. Otherwise it was lovely

Shower didn’t work in one of the en suites.

Everything was very clean, felt new and was everything we were expecting and more. Rooms are very comfortable with their own TV, there was an en-suite for the master bedroom, and a main bathroom. Kitchen was amazing with equipment that looked brand new. Also there was a large dining table and comfortable sofa/arm chairs in the living room. Amazing!!

We liked the room, and balcony.

It wasn’t clean when we arrived to a good standard, there were cobwebs etc. Our tv remote didn’t work and the smoke detector barriers were going off all night.

Beautiful surroundings. Immaculately clean. Luxury feel to the lodge, extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Food at the restaurant was just ok.

Beautiful accommodation, very clean, bath and a shower! Bed was really comfortable , staff were really helpful. Bus close to resort to get to bath only £2 each way- didn’t drive the car all week. Lovely views and felt very private due to how the lodges are set out, Thoroughly recommend

I hadn’t realised no hob/ cooker but was a microwave and kettle, should have read this so my fault,

Beautiful location, cute little cabins. We had to check in late and the staff were very accommodating.

Shower leaked a little and the floor could have used a mop

No hob, only microwave and toaster to cook with. Shower kept dripping after first use, really annoying as it was at night, but stopped eventually. Couldn’t get fire to work . Bed large but mattress worn in places not the comfiest No breakfast option in restaurant

Lodge was clean,had everything we needed.double sink in the bathroom are a good touch..

The only problem we had was a dripping shower,and the shower door leaking.

We had dinner at the pub in the bath mill and the food was stunning, the servers were delightful and the view and area were superb. Frequent buses to the bus stop right outside. The facilities in the lodge, complimentary soaps and shampoo were very kind. Staff were brilliant and very friendly. We will come again, highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay cheaper than Central Bath.

Nothing, had a couple issues with a damaged bed and forgotten objects staff were fantastic with returning it to me and moving us to a new lodge.

The weather!

Close location to the centre of Bath so we didn't have to travel far to get there.

Everything was fantastic, sometimes the wi-fi was a little slow. An oven would have also been a great help to have in the lodge but it had a microwave so that was alright.

The facilities were spotless and very modern. I couldn’t fault them. The standard was higher than we expected and will have no hesitation in booking this place again.

Wi-fi was not great but as we have good phone plans so it didn’t really matter. That’s the only thing I can think off. Overall a great stay.

It was a base for travelling to other places and visiting Bath, everything was well looked after, although the grass needed cutting we had a meal in the Brook restaurant and a mid morning brie ciabatta which was very nice

A bus service was literally at the bottom of the driveway so we didnt have to drive the car into town and find parking as the bus was door to door service. We loved having an outside verandah area to sit.

Spacious, beds very comfortable, the heating and hot water excellent, shower was the best. Cooking and all kitchen facilities perfect.

In the shower you need a shelf to put your shampoo etc very difficult keep bending down. Also the mould on the grouting needs attention.

Superb location, very friendly staff…. If you are inspired to choose Bath Mill lodge you will not regret.

Great location . The overall impression was good all that you need for a short stay. Parking right next to cabin. Easy access to Bath lovely grounds

Bed was very hard The pub only stayed open until 20.30pm felt like we had a “bedtime “

Fabulous 2 person lodge, immaculately clean, awesome bathroom with a waterfall shower and so lovely and cosy with the fire. Everything we needed was there and in a beautiful spot up on the higher level, getting both the morning and late afternoon sunshine. Perfect for breakfast and a pre dinner drink on the lovely spacious balcony. Can’t fault anything!

The lodge was very clean and comfortable. The ved was huge and so comfy. The walk in shower and bath were great and so nice to have a good size bathroom in a lodge comparing to others. The bistro served great food and drinks however it's a shame it's not open for breakfast. There is a bus stop just outside the retreat which only takes 10 minutes to town centre saving on looking and paying for parking. Staff were very friendly. Location is great and very private. Perfect for a couples get away.
