The apartment is very well located in central Bath, only five minutes walk from the railway station but also very close to other attractions such as the Roman baths and Bath Abbey. The apartment is spacious, with an attractive eat-in kitchen. The games cupboard also had lots of things to amuse children. Our family of eight had plenty of room here for a couple of days.

The ensuite toilet was not fully functional, so we had to rely on the toilet in the main bathroom. However the ensuite shower was fine.

The location of the property was excellent everything was in easy walking distance …. It was well equipped with the kitchen having a good array of utensils, pots and pans and cups , glasses etc …The beds were very comfortable…

In my opinion the lounge area needed a freshen up with a luck of paint ….

Perfect central location. Kitchen was well stocked with all the essentials. Showers worked well and beds were comfy. Kitchen was clean and great table to sit everyone round. Bathroom had mini shower essentials and soap.

A little noisy at night due to being city centre and bad wind one night howled through the old style windows. Light fittings were rather dusty and a few things were in need of repair and some of the soft furnishings needed updating. It was expensive for a 2night stay but split between 7 of us worked out fine, however if I was travelling with the family would look for something cheaper or book a hotel.

location was good. the bulding was very old the kitchen was lovley the decoration in nice the free parking is no longer relevant. we parked in a parking lot 4 min walk

the appartment was very old in a very old no toilet in the main floor in the second floor, the floot under the carpet is moving and you can fall bamping the bedrooms are small we were 2 adults and 3 kids. it was very tight no elivator. very hard clime with all the lagedge the appartment is above a resturant, the smell is no nice

Beautiful accommodations! Stunning! High-quality furnishing and linens. Very comfortable! Perfect location. Easy walk to everything, including the train station. Other reviews mention a "nasty smell" coming from the restaurant downstairs; we did not experience this, as we enjoyed everything about this home. We enjoyed the restaurant too, and it is highly rated!

Everything was perfect except for the master bathroom toilet, which we could not use as requested by the owner. The shower was wonderful though.

The apartment is a treat to stay in. There are so many little touches that the host has thoughtfully included to welcome you and make your stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is excellent.

Only one useable toilet for 6 people. There was an ensuite toilet but you were unable to flush toilet paper down it

The location was central and near the station too. The added touches of Christmas decorations and lights added to the warmth and ambience. Such a delightful stay and the kitchen was super. great appliances and extras like spices and flour. We decided to stay in the second evening as it was so cosy!

Superb location, literally 30 seconds walk and you're right amongst it! Felt very safe. Great facilities. Very clean and high specification. Communication with Anastasia was great.

I guess it's part and parcel of staying right in the city centre, street noise when pub and club kick out time. Also Noyas below is a very popular Vietnamese restaurant, if you're picky with cooking smells then this apartment isn't for you.
