Very nice boutique hotel, around several colleges, good area, great street food nearby, and loved the included breakfast and coffee, will be staying again!

Beautiful garden (some mosquitoes). Nice decoration with many works of art. Bathroom neat and clean. A few broken things in the bathroom. The room and the bathroom both have an opening window with mosquito net. Air conditioning noisy uncomfortable but this place gets cool in the night. Street noise during the day, strongly decreases during the night. Breakfast is coffee or milk + egg + bread or rice, simple but good.

We did a 2 night stay and we had a great time the pool was wonderfull the staff were very friendly over all a great place to stay with kids and a good price thank you for looking after us will saty there again Steve & Marie from Australia

Nice place to stay and have peace of mind, beautiful greeneries nice swimming pool. Simple breakfast, good room size, superior garden room, my room was in small corridor and few things need fixing..

2 time we did stay at this hotel, Very nice staff close to everything and clean rooms, we will be bck for sure thank you for this time.

Hotel was a former house converted at some point. Hotel is located in a residential area behind a large wall, but once inside it’s a really pretty property. Breakfast was underwhelming but staff were very nice.

The facilities were very nice and clean. It was nice to be able to cook meals in their kitchen. The breakfasts were basic Filipino foods to which we added soy sauce and a few things. The pool was lovely and deep. It is located near a main road so public transport wasn't a problem. We stayed here before Covid in 2019 and were just as happy this time. Our room was very nice with great air-conditioning and may have been recently updated.

The breakfast was terrible and without any choice. We are the two flavorless items served without any other option. The one of only two attendants, lied when he claimed there was coffee in the room. There was none and none to be provided. I'll not stay here again, ever

I didnt undersrand why therebwas nonwater in the room nor tea of coffee even though there was a kettle Also... room isnt made up unless you hang the sign on the door

A little hidden gem

This is the second time I have stayed at Domicillo Lorenzo and once again thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Its a nice clean room. The pool is nice. The bed is comfortable.

I have stayed at this property many times in the past! It was always very good, however, this time it was not up to par with the other visits. Seemed to be under different managements. Not enough staff. The pool is still great!

I stayed for 2 nights, and booked 3 rooms....my 2 dependent sons had their own rooms....no complaints of the rooms....nothing fancy, just plain ol' jane rooms, with no phones in the rooms....the pool is a nice touch....we needed to check out of one room a couple hours later, because our flights were in the afternoon....and we had no where to leave our luggage....the hotel charged us extra 600 php....after checking out....the hotel noticed on of the face cloth had a stain on it from an ink pen....they wanted me to pay and extra 500 php to have it cleaned?....I don't agree with is extra charges....the face cloth is only worth maybe 50 php, if it is brand new....it was very well used face cloth, and it had made a lot of php before we accidentally stained it....the hotel made a lot of monies from our 2 night stay with 3 separate hotel rooms, that we paid in full....they did not need to try and nickel and dime us out of more unnecessary monies for a rag....this left a bad taste in my mouth, and I do not wish to return to this hotel because of their greed....I don't think we will return to this hotel next time we travel to davao city?

Awesome place, super friendly staff. Second stay here and will definitely come back.

Very beautiful inside staff are very accomodating if anything changes ill add on to this for now I am keeping the review simple. Approx 30 minutes or so drive from the airport with a taxi and on a side note the pool is wonderful at night.

Stayed for 4 nights (in executive- and Superior-room) . The location is great, you have many restaurants within 300 meters. The rooms is is very good condition! The pool and the sun-area is fantastic! This is a resort in the city! - some of the staff May need some improvement in customer service. All over a great experience!

very clean and a good place to stay ,,, but dont look for the nccc mall , sadly it was destroyed in a massive fire last april ,, swimming pool is nice and warm, hot water shower is the best ive had after staying in and around davao at about 12 different hotels , i will stay there again if i can get the same price i had before i was there for 9 days
