Would definitely stay here again. Suite was large, well furnished, and clean.

Other than hearing children run up and down the hall and my shower that had a couple of rust stains in the shower that appeared to fine from a shower attachment, I greatly enjoyed my stay. The location was very conveniently located near The Grove area and walking distance from where my Great Aunt lives.
Chuana was absolutely amazing and very accommodating.

Convenient to Barnes hospital. Clean but had to change sheets as they were wrinkled on one side and appeared to have some skin flakes on them. Eve clerk was very nice and helpful.

Literally my favorite place to stay in St. Louis. Whether it be to see friends, family, concerts, explore the Grove nearby. Its perfect for any occasion

We came to St. Louis for Fall Break with our two kids and this Home2Suites was perfect! The pool was very nice and clean--kids loved it! The breakfast was excellent. They had many options you don't typically see in a free breakfast bar. Our room was clean and we loved the sofa bed so our kids could sleep separately. Lots of storage and the larger fridge was helpful as well. The area felt very safe and we loved how close it was to many things--City Museum, Zoo, Arch, etc.

Great location. It’s close to Barnes Hospital and to St. Louis University, where my granddaughter is in school. The room was spotless. The front desk people very friendly. Television reception was good. Parking on the property, which can be very important and a big city.

Didn’t spend a lot of time at the hotel for our 2 day stay. Staff seemed apathetic. One of two elevators broken and not operating. Pool was murky and water was not transparent

The staff here was friendly, the room was clean and well appointed for a many night stay, if someone is looking for that. The lid on the toilet was mismatched to the toilet, and cracked, which is the only fault we had with the room. Breakfast bar was better than some with offerings.We walked several blocks to go to dinner and although the neighborhood is a bit sketchy, we had no issues at all. Also, the hotel is 10 -15 minutes from downtown. If you have to stay near downtown St Louis, I'd recommend this hotel.

It was an amazing experience. The hotel is in a perfect location. It is close to downtown but not in the crowd. Walking distance to restaurants. The breakfast was great. The staff were very kind, respectful and attentive. Special thanks to Mrs. Angel.

One note, there were a lot of misquotes on patio and the fire pit was not working. I’m just glad you don’t spray chemicals to keep them away. Maybe fans on patio would help?

The staff was so attentive to our needs. We received a text message right after the check in, every morning, and right after the checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel!

One night stay. Close to alot of things to do. Breakfast with real dishes and coffee mugs. Will be back at this location.

Our trip was very nice . Ema was kind and friendly when we arrived and left . Our shuttle driver Karen was so sweet and friendly . The maintenance man on Sat Am went out his way to check the pool temp .
Breakfast bar was very good .
I was surprised by the size of an our room for a suite for the price we payed seemed a bit small .

Our stay was great. We stayed at the same hotel, same location, on the way to, and from our destination. Our only complaint is the elevators were not working. They were being repaired on our first stay and stopped working on our second stay.

Close to Busch stadium. I found the bed uncomfortable. Wish there were at least 3 pillows on each bed instead of only 2 small ones. There was no bedding for the pull out couch in the room and the extra pillows in the drawers were yellow with no pillow cases over them. Breakfast was not great… there were no plates out, we had to search for them in the cupboards and a lot of breakfast items were out and needed to be refilled.

It was great! I loved the way the room was set up, very spacious. Jay the shuttle driver was great also, we didn’t know they had a shuttle service and it was very nice.

Room was not available at check-in. Room given to us was dirty. Breakfast options were limited, waffle maker broken, no yogurt, cereal only available. People were walking into the hotel at night naked.

Our daughter had brain surgery at Barns Jewish Hospital! Only an 8 minute walk away! Family ready, full kitchen and peaceful evening with family! Service was excellent! If we need to stay in St.Louis this is where we will be staying! Country girl goes to the Big City 💕

It was a truly lovely stay. Everything was so clean and tidy (the room/hallways/the lobby/the pool); the staff was very helpful and welcoming, the sheets were silky, the pillows fluffy; the maintenance was excellent on the building. Our kids had a wonderful time at the pool though it is on the smaller side. Even the elevators are fast. There is not a single area I would say would need improvement.
I was simply feeling “oh this is a nice, nice hotel.”

Our room was great for a family of 5. Disappointed in the cleanliness. The room did not feel clean upon arrival. Marks and handprints on the bathroom door, hair in the drawers that did not belong to our family.

I loved the lay out of the room. It made it more comfortable for our family of 5. Their was a mini kitchen that helped tremendously when we ordered in.

The front desk staff was very polite and helpful. Breakfast was quick and easy and the morning staff there was very friendly. Everything was stocked and filled when running low. Even the cleaning staff was polite and friendly. Pool was clean and so were the property grounds.

I travel for work and stay in Home 2 Suites quite often. This location was not the cleanest and could use better attention to detail throughout the property.

It was generally ok. The only issues were that there was a lot of noise from the outdoor patios and the family upstairs may have confused their hotel room for a trampoline. The breakfast was just ok and the staff had a hard time keeping the breakfast area clean.

Worst experience in a hotel we have had. First room had what looked like dried up poop smears on the floor and smelt like urine. There were also bits of food on the floor which made it look like there was no vacuuming done prior to arrival. Went down to the front desk to ask for a new room. The manager made it clear that “they were really busy during the weekend”.
We did get moved only to find out that there was dried up puke on the floor in three spots. There was also a large pee spot on one of the mattress protectors that smelled strongly of urine, making only one of the two beds usable. It seemed like they threw on a fitted sheet to cover the pee spot instead of washing the mattress protector (which if they had it would not have smelled like pee). We did not feel comfortable walking barefoot in the room for our entire stay and only stayed in the second room because we knew they were “busy”.

There was a screw on the ground near the air conditioning unit that I watched my 2 year old pickup. When I unplugged my charger from the side table the whole charging port tried to come out the screw was just sitting in there. All very minor things. We did NOT like the bathroom door as there was no way to close it all the way for any type of privacy. We only stayed 1 night and the kids absolutely loved everything regardless and all things were very minor for just 1 night.
