A good value of money, However, bad service compare to other 5* star hotel

Best services, facilities, staff and food. Rufat I’m reception couldn’t do enough for us so polite and respectful.. Usman Always great us with a smile and asked if he could do anything more for us. Ersad Is the Indian chef in the restaurant and he is excellent. Well travelled and a fantastic chef always polite and respectful we would definitely recommend this hotel for your stay.

Everything was good but the rate mention was a bit high.

Cleanness - good but needs more attention to details though. Staff very polite very respectful and helpful but again can always work on improving the proficiency. Property area seems clean but they need a bin for small trash and cigarettes.
Over all very good, I would definitely recommend.

The hotel room I booked online as "sea view" had a limited view of the sea. Either it was wrongly advertised online or the reception provided the wrong room. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

The pool is the best part of this hotel. The only issue is the pool doesn’t open until 7am which is not convenient at all for early risers who begin work at 8. I recommend they make their pool open at 6 or even 5:30am that is more logical or keep it like the gym 24hrs.

This hotel offers comfort with spacious rooms, a diverse breakfast buffet, and a well-equipped fitness room. The reception staff were polite, but there were frustrating (and time-consuming) issues with automatic payment reminders despite no outstanding bills. Improved service in the breakfast area and hotel shops would enhance the overall experience.

I did not sleep well. Someone spoke at next room from 4;00 or 5;00am until 9;00am. I can hear it clearly.
The first night dinner, I was chase to pay immediately even I only paid the deposit for the two nights rooms only. (I did not check it the deposit amount, I thought deposit can cover it).

They upgraded our rooms to nice Seaview rooms .Thank you to all the fromt desk staff and managers specifically Mr.Gabash and CR Lady . The only problem is that you have to walk too far from elevator to your room. The room service closes too early.
I recommend the massage and SPA.

For a Marriott, the hotel has very low standards.
- Service in the restaurant, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, was extremely slow and inattentive. Too less waiters, too many managers just walking around.
- The room service breakfast quality was very poor. Hard bread, old pastry and horrible tea
- The spa area was always dirty, full of old towels and no new, fresh towels.
In overall, a very poor hotel with bad services
