The hotel was amazing! It was on the perfect location within the old quarter, everything was in walking distance. The hotel team was very friendly, polite and helpful. The driver from and to the hotel was also very friendly, and the car extremely comfortable. The room was a little smaller than expected, but the bed was amazing. So comfy, we didn’t want to leave in the morning! Although it’s in Hanoi’s old quarter, we didn’t hear a thing! It was so quiet. The shower and bathtub was a little dated and the water pressure wasn’t that good, but the rest of the room made up for it. The jacuzzi on the roof was great, amazing sunsets and great cocktails. Breakfast was also very good. We can only recommend this hotel and would stay there again should be in Hanoi again!

Peridot is amazing. We had issues with our visas and they were able to help us reschedule our stay. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is courteous. I would highly recommend staying here.

The staff are so friendly & will help you with whatever you need. I went on a solo business trip & in Hanoi for the first time but I was so comfortable & felt so safe. Hazel helped me through my stay & kept in contact. Helped me with drivers. I felt very safe. Also advised so I don’t get duped. I loved my stay here. I would stay here again on my next visit.
I also enjoyed the breakfast here. It was ok, enough to get my day started & there are a variety of options.

We have stayed in a couple of hotels in Hanoi and this is by far my favourite. The staff always go above and beyond. The happy hour and spa deals are perfect, the decor was amazing and the breakfast was the best that I have tried. Everything about this hotel was perfect and I will definitely stay here again. By far the best hotel in Hanoi.

Easily the best hotel we’ve stayed in Vietnam. And we’ve been to many. Service was impeccable right from the start. Too bad we only stayed for one night.
They remembered my partner’s birthday, surprised her with a cake when we came back from touring. And layered her with a lucky charm for her birthday gift and then a fan upon knowing that we were on our way to Cat Ba.
All the staff were exceptionally helpful. From receptionists to wait staff at the restaurant. One of the highlight stays of our trip! Will definitely recommend everyone who comes to Hanoi to stay at this hotel!

Had great stay, service excellent in all areas, friendly staff do all possible to create a great experience. Breakfast buffet is fantastic, with additional menu items such as pho, crepes, banh mi, coconut coffee. Rooftop bar is excellent, great happy hour and two additional outside seating areas with jacuzzi and spectacular views. Location great to walk to Old Quater.

They advertise their rooms of soundproof, which is completely dishonest all night long the motorbike horns sound like they’re coming from the bathroom, making it impossible to rest

This was an absolute gem of a hotel. Best bed & pillow I've encountered in weeks. Lovely balcony room. Lovely bar and restaurant and loved having the enormous hot tub to myself one evening with a cocktail from the bar! Great location. Excellent service.

The Hotel staff was amazing! Very welcoming, always eager to help and suggest restaurants and things to do. It is in an excellent location! Less than a block from the action but on a quiet street. Bed is incredibly comfortable and did I mention the Staff! They really made my visit over the top!

We had a lovely stay here, the staff are very helpful and attentive. Mr Smith has many good recommendations about how to make the most out of your trip to Hanoi. It is a good location with prime spots closely available, just a walk away. We would certainly stay again.

Staff and property was great but confusion regarding the two locations: peridot grand has all the facilities while the boutique does not have the pool or other facilities

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The staff went above and beyond to answer questions, and give us recommendations.

Overall is good. Staff are polite and nice. The public areas of the hotel incl the restaurant, lobby and rooftop bar look very nice. But there is water stains around the bathroom and the wooden floor of the room. Shower tub has noise when water comes out but not affect the shower.

Workers very open to help my family, kids and baby included. Once the front desk made a mistake due to a misunderstanding (not her fault), but she don't stop to look for a solution until find it.

Beautiful and new-looking hotel as they have just renovated. While some of the amenities were not up yet, enjoyed the stay as the room and bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was clean and new.

The hotel was pleasant although the street was a little noisy late at night and early hours with mopeds which was a little disturbing but I could not fault the friendliness of the staff during my stay.
