This wa some of the best hotels I have stayed …the staff was extremely nice and helpful ..they changed my room since the room I booked was extremely small and they moved me into a much better room without any additional charges. This was really good hospitality ..And the location of the hotel is one of the best you can find in Central Lisbon…walking distance from all attractions and in the heart kf the most vibrant part of the town. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay with Behotelisboa overall. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel was clean and the food was very good. The mattress was old and had indents in it. The TV remote worked intermittently and the coffee machine in the room was difficult to work. Since we were not in the room that much the TV remote and coffee machine will little nuisances. Other than this I would give the hotel 5 stars.

The great location, walking distance to many shops and attractions. AC in the unit was a bit weak the summer sun of July.

Property is In a very good location to the main strip down in Lisbon. Front desk was very strict as we didn’t bring our passports due to recent pickpockets in Lisbon, so we only brought copies and left our passports at home base…did not want to check us in and said it was illegal for hotels to checkin all guests without a passport, even though we had good copies of them on our phones…we didn’t have any issues at any other hotels we stayed in throughout Portugal. Felt there were cameras everywhere you looked which made me feel uneasy, as too so much security right in front of our hotel rooms, which is good for security, but sensed it was more to control when you were coming and going…. Location was fantastic lots of places to eat and shop, it’s a hub…close to everything. A few minutes walk to Santa Justa, Praça Figureira and Rossio square.

It was right in the heart pf Lisbon itmade it great to get everywhere. Also the staff were great . Room was really nice great shower

Prime location, staff are amazing, very helpful and professional. The food in a restaurant lacks flavor. My meal was tastless. I would rate the food mediocre at best.

Great property with lovely staff and great breakfast options. In a pedestrian zone, so not immediately accessible by car, but taxi/uber is just around the corner. Wonderful location!

good location for nightlife, but loud late into the evenings, so hard to fall asleep. Hard, hard, hard mattresses. Good breakfast with lots of variety and staff is friendly and helpful when needed. But if you want to sleep well while on vacation, this is not the place to do that.

Even tho we booked a twin room, it was not available the first night, but they did move us the next day which was much appreciated

The hotel is lovely and spotless, the reception staff were fantastic the guy came to our taxi to carry our luggage on arrival as the hotel was in a pedestrian area only, the custard tart and drink on arrival was a nice touch. When we left reception called us a taxi to the airport then took our luggage to the car. If we were to return to Lisbon we would stay here again I highly recommend this hotel Thank you for a great stay.

I found the location really right on! The staff was really friendly. But the highlight is the welcome porto and Pastel de Nata!! :) Plus our bottle of wine in the room. Wow those are really nice gesture. Thank you!

It's a good hotel, albeit not quite as good as the photos would have you believe, in that the rooms are pretty small. We had a "Mansard" room, which didn't really have enough wardrobe space for a couple staying for a week, so one can only imagine what the "mini" and "standard" rooms are like. We were a little underwhelmed when we arrived and asked if they could move us to a bigger room. We were promised that the manager would get back to us on that but they never did, and after chasing a few times we finally gave up. The younger staff were very good generally, but this on the part of one of the more senior members of staff was not impressive at all. Lacked basic professionalism. On the plus side, the hotel is clean and in good condition, the windows are effectively soundproofed so you get the benefit of being very central without the obvious drawbacks, and the breakfast buffet is very good. The south Asian women serving breakfast were really kind and helpful.

Great location!! Within walking distance and biking distance of almost anything you’d want to see in Lisbon. Parking not ideal as no car access to hotel at all, but garage was only about a 2 block walk away. Friendly staff, clean room, spacious room and bathroom. Would stay here again and recommend.

Best location you can have in Lisbon! Walking distance to all attractions/restaurant. Yes, it might be a bit nosiey if you want to sleep at 10 pm, but it is not the loudest street in Lisbon for sure. Great staff! Room was very clean. Highly recommend!

This hotel was fine, especially since it's in the middle of Baixa district but don't let the photos fool you. The hotel needs some updating and it doesn't really have any amenities. The staff was for the most part great but for some reason, one day I was looking to exchange some bills for coins, one of the front desk staff started giving me attitude about it. I was asking for a favour or free money IO just wanted to get some change for the laundrymat

This property is located in the Baixa neighbourhood in Lisbon which is tourist central. This makes it perfect as it is close to many food and shopping options. It is also walking distance to many attractions in Lisbon. Bonus points for it being in probably the flattest part in Lisbon. Ideal spot for your first visit to Lisbon. Rooms were nicely appointed with in room safe, mini fridge and our room on the fourth floor had a balcony. Breakfast was great. They offered both hot and cold food options.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was quite nice and a superb location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I only stayed one night. It was quite nice. In my opinion, the beds were far too hard although my daughter and my father said they thought it was fine.

Hotel staff was very kind and helpful. Went out of their way to recommended what we should see and how to use public transportation. Would definitely stay there again.

The room was like a shoe box. It was so small we had to sleep with our luggage. I’m not joking. We had to open our suitcases on the beds as only a goof around the bed in all directions. So sick feeling in that small room. Had to take sleeping pill to relax. They said they were completely full so no other options ???

Lovely hotel based minutes from Rossio Square / Targus River/ shopping / restaurants. Easy walk to transport metro and casa de sodre train station.

The moment we entered the hotel, we were greeted with a pastry and a glass of port wine. We arrived before our room was ready so they gladly held our luggage so we could explore the area. The staff was amazing! Everything is in walking distance and very convenient. The taxi stop is a 3 minute walk. I received a free bottle of wine, a glass of sparking wine, and a discount to the attached restaurant. The room was spacious and clean with a balcony overlooking the streets.

Excellent experience. Being a VIP site, I did receive a room upgrade, complementary bottle of wine and coupon upon check in. Excellent staff. Excellent location. It can be a little bit louder at night sometime if your room is facing the street side, as ours was, but it was still well worth it because it is such a good location!!
