Breakfast staff was incredubly rude.

This place may have been good 25 yrs. ago but should be torn down and a new one built. We did not have much of a choice as we drove over from Venice to miss the hurricane Milton. Example: no face clothes, coffee pot broken, bath tub faucet broken, nobody speaks English. I asked for ice for some water, no body I talked to knew what "ice" was.
Stay somewhere else if you have a choice, this place is terrible.

The biggest problem is the internet conection. It is extremely unstable and this cause several problems with my work.

Years ago the property was well kept the tub needs fixtures the curtains were torn once these issues are fixed it will be nice place to stay

Property seemed well kept but no housekeeping available. If we needed anything in the room, we had to go to the front desk to get it, which wasn’t a problem since we were told at check in. However, We booked a room for 7 people only were given 4 towels and were questioned as to why we needed more towels. Attendant gave my daughter an attitude for no reason. Made her feel very uncomfortable, very unpleasant experience.

Nasty. We arrived 5 minutes later we left.Bathroom floors sticky with mold. This place needs to be shut down for health violation. No refund even though we left the moment we saw the room.

I had a very bad experience with this reservation. I saw the pictures I when arrived to the hotel was not the same, the room was dirty, the sofa had a very big scratch, nothing similar to the pictures that you Expedia shows at the app. Please I need a refund because I get in to the room saw the situation and immediately went to the front desk to return the key. I send you pictures of how was the room, the sofa, the shower. I need an aware and the refund as soon as possible.

We booked the two bedroom suite but the place was rundown. The tub was peeling in the upstairs bathroom, the downstairs bathroom was really dirty. The linens were clean. There were SO MANY termite wings in all the window sills and the ledge of the fireplace. The freezer smelled like seafood. When we wiped down every surface the wipes were so dirty. Luckily it was a staycation and we were able to come home to shower. We booked this same type suite 6 yrs ago n thought we would re-live the experience but the place has really run itself down.

very pleasant stay at Doral Inn & Suites...one big warning is that planes coming in for a landing practically fly right over the property and arrive at all times of the day and night...the only other complaint was the thinness of the bath towels...never had anything that thin before but must admit they still worked fairly well

Do NOT stay here. I slept here for a few hours before a flight out of Miami & ended up with bed bug bites. I contacted the manager and was told that was room was “not refundable” and suggested that I got the bites from the plane. Horrible customer service.

Not good hotel. They are Charging service fee, but when we ask for service they said, we dont have staff. Swimming pool was too dirty. Breakfast was almost same for around 5 days( during our stay). No room service, no telephone working in room. When we asked for towel, they said, first submit previous one then we will give new one.

Filthy dirty, rundown hotel. Staff was nice and did the best they could. AC unit broken to the “penthouse” as they call it. No offer to move us rooms just sent maintenance and told us to deal with it and they knew it was broke before giving us the room per their own statement. My kids took off their shoes and in less than ten mins of walking around their socks were black from dirt. No weather seals around the door so we had ants, roaches, and other bugs visiting us. Not even to mention the plumbing issues and poor condition of the bathrooms. Not worth the money. Also under direct flight path of a runway to the airport. Couldn’t use the pool to relieve us from the hot room as it was filthy also.

Poor breakfast choice, had to ask for toilet paper at the front desk and needed to pick it up, no shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other amenities in the rooms…the list goes on and on…definitely will not stay again.

We liked the closeness to the Airport, it was close to a few Restaurants, clean and quiet.

Room had Cockroaches we arrived later and had to stay there with every light on to keep the roaches at bay.

I’ve been a staying at this property for over 20 years because of the convenient location and the fact that it’s a fully equipped suite. However, this is the worst I’ve seen it. The rooms are filthy and the carpet is dusty. The toilet in room I was checked into didn’t work so I had to be changed to a different room. The room I was switched to doesn’t have a working extractor fan in the bathroom so the entire room gets humid when you use the hot water in the shower.
I can understand that renovations take time but at least the place can be kept tidy and the carpet properly and regularly cleaned. The dust was killing my allergies. The last three times I’ve stayed here in the past 12 months I said I won’t come back, but this time was the absolute worst. I doubt I’ll ever stay here again.
