The location of the hotel is excellent. Just outside entrance if Universal Studio Japan and near Universal Station as well. Many restaurants and Lawson just downstairs. Their check out timing is good too and they are generous with their toiletries. Direct limo bus from Kansai Airport too. Had an enjoyable stay there.

We stayed for 3 nights during a Universal Studio visit. Location was amazing. Staff very helpful. I left stuff behind in room and they held it until my Dad could pick it up. Literally on the theme park doors footsteps. Breakfast was decent.

The hotel was right in front of universal studios and had a 24 hr Lawson downstairs. Staff were nice, breakfast was good and the view from the top was beautiful. Clean comfy beds and a nice, sturdy crib was provided for my baby. Loved it here and recommend if you are going to universal for more than 1 day

It was very close to Universal Studios, the buffet food was delicious, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, and the bathroom and shower water were especially good. There was a convenience store right below the hotel, so it was very convenient.

Such a great hotel! 5 stars! Convenience of the trains and taxi's are right outside the hotel. If you're going to USJ you can re enter the park same day with proof of hotel stay and ticket purchase for that day. Lots of shipping and food options. Staff is so helpful and friendly.

Had extra charge on my 9 year daughter for so called my mistake as I input my daughter age with zero, how can I get that happened!

Excellent hotel, clean and quiet. Room was comfortable for four beds. Overlooked Universal Studios Japan but had no noise inside room. Front door was right outside the park. Lots of restaurants, shops, etc, also right outside hotel. JR station is a two minute walk away. Would highly recommend staying here for USJ.

I booked “luxury” this was about 2 stars, bathroom was clean but room looked like it was thrown together when designed, dirty old couch, old TV not in LOS of beds, beds felt cheap.

This hotel helped us to upgrade our experience for Universal Studio Japan. Hotel is located right outside the park entrance and decorated with great American theme. If you’re lucky enough to stay on the higher level of the hotel, you have a great view over the park.Three main restaurants within the hotel and the best part is that they have laundry machine on every single floor.

Wifi did not work well. Number of staff is not sufficient, such that there is a long line for check-in, long line for breakfast, etc. No water provided in room, and have to go to their water dispenser for water. I was out during day time, and when I'm back, room was cleaned, but the medicine (un-opened) I left on the table was also gone.
On the good side, it is next to the train station, and next to USJ. Lawson is at the 1st floor, but very crowded. Plenty of restaurants in the surroundings, but on the expensive side (comparing to the food quality).

If you are visiting Universal, this location is great. The other park hotels are all very close too and they are all near the rail station. The room was large and the twin beds were larger than expected. Once we requested extra mattress pads, they were comfortable. At check out, staff was very nice; at check in we were less thrilled.

Perfect property to access universal studios and surrounding areas. The area has amazing dining options. The hotel staff were incredible and went above and beyond for my family and I. We had requested a luggage transfer service to our next hotel before hours. They had staff assist us and make sure our luggage got to our next destination safely and within a timely manner for our arrival. We would definitely stay here again for our trip to universal.

This is the closest hotel to the Universal entrance, and we had an amazing view of the park. The breakfast buffet could have been better.

Located perfectly for Universal Studios and City Walk shopping / dining. Spacious rooms, modern facilities and convenient for public transport connectivity. Although the hotel was busy, you couldn't really tell with plenty of open areas, plenty of lifts etc. Only minor issue was the replenishment of tea / coffee which was particularly stingy.

Excellent choice if you are visiting Universal Studios Japan. Right by the entrance, a few steps from the metro stations, and a lot of restaurants around (Universal Citywalk). Highly recommend this hotel.
