Great facility. The biggest drawback is that I as a EV client look at hotels that have EV service. And nowhere on their website or on your platform today say that you have to pay for your own charging of your vehicle. I think for them to go and Bring in a third-party company to charge. Their clients is really shady.

The staff and service was excellent. Had a crappy/ next to no sleep due to a crappy mattress. The set up the hotel on a lot with two other hotels is a dump idea. Hard to find a parking spot without having to walk to go to your own hotel. The breakfast was good.

Planning 2 months ahead and talking directly to hotel and confirmed all could and would be accommodated resulted in none of the things arranged or available at time of stay. Staff tried to help but getting what we needed required advanced booking (which we had done but no one at the hotel when booking recorded this information anywhere - no clue why). So had to figure out how to make it work on our own. Terrible bed. I was in pain, no real sleep and had to figure out on our own how to make the bed bearable. Didn’t put in proper shower chair (found out too late I needed to rent one myself), not a roll-in shower. Housekeeping day staff rude and even with instructions from the day manager wouldn’t touch our room. Reg who worked evenings was so helpful and did what day staff were requested to do and didn’t. Night manager very polite, understood problem, tried to help but didn’t have what was needed to sort it out. Overall I would recommend in future if you cannot handle a super soft mattress or need a specific shower chair then this isn’t your hotel. However if you talk with the hotel manager ahead of time and co-ordinate getting a rental bed and mattress from one of the 2 rental companies in Edmonton the accessible room can accommodate this equipment. You can arrange to have the equipment delivered and set up on the day you arrive and removed the day you leave. It just requires a month or 2 planning ahead and coordinating all the logistics yourself.

Nice clean rooms that are fairly fresh in terms of how new they are, fantastic staff that are friendly and very helpful, great breakfast, and secure underground parking! If there is any “complaint” about this property it would be they need a bit more seating for the breakfast but even then, it was not a big deal. Will absolutely stay again!

I found the hotel to be very clean and the staff to be very nice. However, there is limited staff in the building and at the week that we were staying there there was a lot of other folks from other places as well. The pool area is very small so it was always packed with other families, the hallways were noisy at night as the doors were not soundproof, but I really enjoyed the complementary breakfast in the morning. The selection was great and the staff was always tentative to our needs. There was always someone around to clean tables for oncoming guess. Keeping seen every day on our floor . Highly recommend for families coming to stay in Edmonton very close to the mall however, you can’t walk there. You need to drive there as there are no sidewalks to get to the mall.

We enjoyed our stay! I would highly recommend this hotel. We loved the indoor swimming pool and hot tub and the continental breakfast and the lovely hotel room was comfortable. We loved the Dove products.

Property backs onto the receiving area of the Wal Mart Superstore behind it, so there is constant activity of large trucks backing up and unloading. Also wifi was slow to the point of unreliable… even the tv lost signal a few times.

Checking in and out is a breeze. Breakfast choices are many. The room is clean. I was greeted by the staff in the corridor. Overall, a good experience.

Great hotel overall. Area lacked personality, was a bit noisy.

Everything was great only thing I would have to say is more of an inconvenience to me, in the suite there is a jacuzzi tub and the controls are by the entrance, kind of a pain to get to, and quite often the jets would shut off right away and not work again, this has happened the last 3 times I stayed in the suite. Other than that it was great.

The hotel itself is nice and clean, so was our room. We had people running around above us and stomping non stop. We called reception to tell them and we knew exactly when they went up to talk to them and left because the people upstairs proceeded to start stomping faster then stop. We could hear every footstep. The remote for the tv only half worked, we weren’t able to change channels. The water pressure in the bathroom at night and in the morning was barely a trickle. I’ve stayed in many Holiday inns but I won’t be staying at this one again. The breakfast was very good and everything was very clean!

The hot tub jets are not very strong and the breakfast was ok. Also the games room was very expensive.
