Perfect for a night at the arena! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating

Check in was a disaster, front desk was a bit disrespectful when I asked a few questions about parking and late check out. Tv in room didn’t work, same front desk staff did not want to move us to a different room. Food at the little restaurant/bar is so over priced for what you get and the taste was mediocre at best.

Location of the hotel is perfect for concerts at the nearby Arena. Also, very safe to walk in the morning, afternoon and evening/night. Rooms were clean and spacious. Unfortunately, one of the elevators wasn’t working so the wait was a little longer than usual.

Desk host was friendly and accommodated an hour early check in. Cleaning staff shared an elevator with us and asked if there was any thing we needed like fresh towels. We used the pool and hot tub, though pool could use a bit of warming up. The only thing we wished for was a complimentary breakfast. The extra security of needing a room key to access elevator and parking garage was a nice safety feature.

It seemed to be newly remodeled. That was nice. I don’t know if the area is unsafe, but I wasn’t sure. Couldn’t tell

Pretty average, could've used some more amenities such as lotion, disposable toothbrush, water bottles, slippers, maybe robes. Other than that the hotel looks nice, especially the lobby.

I picked this hotel based on the pool. We weren't able to go swimming because the water was too cold. Even the whirlpool was more like the temperature the pool water should have been. There were cob web on the walls, ceiling and windows.

Everything was awesome. Staff were very polite and courteous.

I hate to complain because the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. But only one elevator was working. It was a sold out hotel due to a concert up the road. Having only one elevator working for both housekeeping, staff and guests was frustrating. But it was a Sunday and things happen. So we were willing to look past until I spoke with another guest who stays there often. He said this isn’t unusual and it happens all the time. The carpets throughout the entire hotel, including our room were filthy. We stay at a lot of different hotels and these were the worse carpets that we have ever seen dirt wise. We ended up leaving earlier than we originally planned because the bed was so uncomfortable. It was so lumpy that I felt like I was falling off it all night. We watched numerous guests try to find a working ice machine, and even helped them by letting them know that the one on our floor was working. I don’t know why but the fragrance chosen for the hotel (hotel choose a specific scent for guests to smell) was so strong that I ended up with a migraine. I don’t know why it was so strong that day, because the next day it wasn’t as strong. We choose Marriott because my husband has been in management with Marriott and we know their standards. I wish I could leave a better review because the staff was great.

It was a great stay. It was just very confusing figuring out the elevators and parking garage. It would help if there were signs posted or they told you there were 2 elevators. We got VERY lost and had someone else who staying there help us get to our room

Service was great, the hotel isn’t in a great, safe location.

Very nice hotel. Used the laundry facilities, on the second level. Went down to the bar and had a glass of wine. Small shop with essentials next to reception and there’s a microwave there too. Gym was great. Highly recommend.

For me, it was the staff. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered such friendly, accommodating staff during a stay like this. The place was clean and quiet and I had no issue, but I would definitely stay here again solely because of the hospitality I received.

Great views from the upper floors! Enjoyed the art fair on Saturday, and the farmers market, just across the street. Also, we walked to the funko factory store.

All the staff was very friendly. They even went out of their way to speak to you in the elevator and halls. You should be aware parking is extra and so is extra.

I would have given this hotel a 4.5 instead of a 3 but unfortunately the TV in my room did not work nor did they try to fix it. The reason had something to do with updating the receivers and a bad receiver box. I did receive a $20 credit which was nice. The overall appearance of the hotel was lovely except for the carpets. They need a good and thorough cleaning.

I read some negative reviews about the location and the neighborhood - we drove right up to the lobby to check in and drove right into the parking garage- did not feel unsafe at all! The lady who check in was super considerate- gave us a big room as we have two teenage kids with us.. she was so thoughtful that we could use more space and more comfortable. The whole place is modern and new. Kids were impressed so that made me happy that i booked there. We were for one night back to school Shopping /R&R trip. Only amenity we used was swimming pool, which was kept clean! Check out was smooth. Also parking garage gated so very safe and spacious. We will stay here again definitely!

Love ge rooms but the front desk people are stuc up

aying here while all systems were crashed so we were never able to have a key card issue. despite this challenge, the staff were calm, friendly and hardworking. we had problems getting hot water a couple times, the ice machine was not working and there was a small blood stain on our comforter. a lot of little things can add up when you are paying $270 for the room. we got excellent service in the bistro and enjoyed the pool. our room had a great view!

Oh boy. Pictures are deceiving. The hotel is not in the nicest area. Sketchy people all around the property. Our view was the police parking lot…county jail is a few buildings away. I guess that’s why it’s a “fully secure” hotel. You even have to be buzzed in at the front entrance. Inside, carpets are stained badly. Our room looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned. Hair on pillows and sheets, mold in shower, what appeared to be a blood stain on the headboard. We asked for a different room but were told hotel was fully. requested new sheets and pillow cases but they never arrived. All for $300 /night. Not what I am accustomed to with a Courtyard Marriott. The staff was courteous and friendly- that would be my only positive.

Overall the stay went well. Both check-in and check-out took a long time. Over 10 minutes each, it should not take such a long time to review my bill, pickup or give me keys and verify credit card. The parking garage did not open with our key card, so we had to call front desk each time. Also, we requested our room to be cleaned every other day and it was not. We stayed 4 days and had fresh towels on 2nd day but no one came in to make beds. Otherwise all was fine.

Room wasn't clean. Bed looked like it had been slept in. The sheets had a stain on them. Couch was dirty. and the bathroom sink was backed up and wouldn't drain. Staff was very friendly and the doors were locked for added protection.
