Very beautiful garden and ambience. Nice and clean room and very spatial. Restaurant is not large and really crowded in the ling weakend. Small warm-water swimming pool, good enough for enjoying with kids but also could be very crowded during ling weekend it holliday.

Beautiful scenery and relaxed atmosphere. Staff were friendly and service was great in all areas. From reception to the breakfast and lounge drinks. Rooms were luxurious and well laid out.

My stay at the U khao yai was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, The staff greeted us warmly and efficiently checked us in, making us feel welcome from the start.
The room exceeded my expectations in every way. It was spacious, elegantly furnished, and immaculately clean. Breakfast was great. Me and my family really enjoyed staying there.

The hotel is wonderful. Clean, comfortable,great staff, excellent food, beautiful gardens. The only problem is they have this ridiculous policy where people can check out 24 hours after they check in. That's great for the people checking out but horrible for people trying to check in!!! Expedia states that check in is after 2:00pm and check out before 11:00am. We arrived around 2pm and couldn't check in to our room for hours. I can't blame the staff for following the hotels insane policy. Guests need to know when they can check in!!!

Next day we came back at 4pm the room was not clean and had to call housekeeping
Suite 201 is right above dining area and service area so beware of noise from pulling chairs and kitchen Thanks to GM helped putting chair protectors to minimal noise on my second night

The property is beautiful. The service staff are generally very young, courteous and well trained and also multitasking. Shower mixer is not accurately flowing between hot and cold. Breakfast spread is good. We had a bad experience with our order of steak. But Ms Ming was excellent in resolving them and has great management skills.

not too bad, they pay great effort to decorate the room for anniversary celebration. just the breakfast is not really good. Some food is not hot enough.

Voucher they gave, 100bht for food and spa, worth about £2.50 each, rather not been given.

It’s ok, I feel the hotel is dated and not that clean. I guess due to COVID not many customers and staff? So the room itself is not clean. Saw insects on the corridors. But the view and atmosphere are another level. If you want to get away from your life and work, it is the place to stay.

It was a nice stay for 1 night. Hotel is well maintained, good room service. Reception is very helpful . It was just embarrassing that shower was leaking. All the rest I found excellent

The staff is very helpful. Room is big and clean. Bathroom is clean too. Beautiful Garden and clean air. Great for photo taking. Great atmosphere. Good for couple and family. Breakfast is ok.

Place was nice and quiet. Calm and relaxing. However some amenities in the room were missing when we got in. We booked for 3 persons in a room and they were not ready when we got there. They were also not clear in telling us about the drinks in the minibar resulting in us having a little confusion when checking out. Overall still highly recommended.

A very nice french style hotel in a quiet and serene environment that has a river running beside the property. Very relaxing but pity the hotel staff are not very proficient in english , needs polishing up if Khao Yai were to be an international destination.
