Pros: Loved the onsen, so relaxing and a great way to experience onsens! Loved the free popsicles, ramen, tea dispensers, jelly gift, and the Pola toiletries were so luxurious. Service was impeccable. Cute pajamas and socks. Cons: The room A/C was clicking all night, and the shower is tiny. Great value!

Dirty small uncomfortable room!

One star for the great breakfast and one star for the staff service. Lobby and hallways are neat and clean but rooms are just so so. The room we ordered is smaller than expected even though it says it fits 4 people. My son ended up having to sleep on the floor. Then when we asked for another quilt, they said according to their policy they cannot offer another one to us. Next the bathroom— the toilet bowl in our room is VERY smelly. We offered to upgrade our room but they said due to weekends they do not have any rooms available. Big mistake will never come back there again!

When we did the check in , the front desk area was dusty, didnt give a very clean impression. This hotel is quite old and need renovations badly. The daily cleaning of the room was not uoto standard. They dont even make the beds properly. There is also musty smell in all the 3 rooms that we booked, only thing is location is good but there are lots of othe hotels to book into.

The hotel provided me and my family a cozy living experience. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Also, it's hot spring was fantastic.

For hotel which near shopping area ,you can take a good rest after shopping and hotspring make you release for a good sleep at night

It was great to stay at Onyado Nono. It was my second stay at this hotel and it was noisy with so many tourists and the service was less friendly than the last time that I stayed there 5 years ago. Yet still, certainly plan to visit this hotel next tim

A little bit small, pretty much the market standard, other than that, everything is excellent!

Great onsen experience with the children. The hotel has good amenities and the highlight was the late night complimentary soba, and ice cream/yogurt. Location of the hotel was very convenient, walking distance to dotonburi and Namba station.

Hot spring is good

Too many kids without any control. This was my 3rd time at the hotel and it was a nightmare. As I visit the Onsen in the evenings, it was more like a kiddy's pool with 10 kids splashing water, running around and they even had water guns! Unbelievable! Similar situation during the light meal service in the restaurant. It seems the hotel has become a Japanese theme park with indoor pool for foreigners to bring their kids. When the hotel changes it's policy to Adult only at the Onsen, I might go back. Otherwise, it is not worth it.

Highly recommendable but keep in mind, it is famous amongst Asian foreigners (ie: many Chinese and Korean nationals). Amazing staff, excellent food and location. Very close to train, convenient stores and many many shops!

Worth

Otel konum olarak merkezi yerlere yakin, ama çok geleneksel tarzda. Bizimkisi modarete twin room diye geçen ışık almayan penceresiz odalar var, iceride rutubet kokusu oluyor. The hotel is located close to central places, but in a very traditional style. Ours is called a modarete twin room, there are windowless rooms that do not receive any light, and there is a damp smell inside.

11/10 exceeded above and beyond my expectations.

I enjoyed the hot baths and the food

It was our first time staying in a traditional Japanese style hotel and we loved it! Really enjoyed the onsen and night time ramen. The laundry in onsen area made it convenient and easy to travel light which is what we prefer. Property is clean throughout. We will definitely come back again and recommend to our friends and families.

Great location, friendly staff, unique hot spring experience

Very well located. 2 blocks from the heart of the action. The rooms are very plain and small. If you want something more cozy or luxury, this is not your place. But if you want locations and be close to the subway, this is a good choice.

Close to train station and Dotonbori, but there was street/traffic noise at night. The room was nice, however was very dusty in areas of the room. The rooms are changed, but not sure how they clean/disinfect, if they don’t even dust.

Very conveniently located hotel with an onsen. Rooms a bit tight. Loved the breakfast and ice cream treats after the onsen.

Everythng was great.but the bed size pretty small for 2 person with kid.. other than that food was excellent for asian people. Hot spring water bath was excellent ..

A Nice small room and spa

Had a strange experience here. Check in was almost silent, was handed a tiny piece of paper with sparing information and asked to pay ahead for breakfast the next day. We were not told how to get to our rooms, just to take off our shoes. Front desk didn’t speak any English, despite many English speaking guests. Service is super minimal, don’t expect much. The front desk wouldn’t even help call a car or cab for our departure ,and we were with children. (Every other hotel in Japan did) Onsen is nice but very intimate and crowded even late night. Most confusing part was arriving to see the name “dormy inn”— it actually did feel quite like a college dorm. Highlight: good breakfast, walkable to dotunburi, and kid friendly.
