I stuck inside the bathroom because the door locked was not good. I got stuck about 45 minutes, my husband call emergency services to rescue me. It was horrible. I had 3 bed but one was broken. Very dirty all bed & floors. Bunch of hair & insects all over the bed. Customer service never responded by phone.

Its a good hotel with shuttle buses to and from the haram. Only convenient as it has a store inside for drinks and snacks etc as well a s a barber. The barbers are really nice people.
However cannot say the same for some of the staff at the checkin, some of talk to you as if they cant be bothered which is frustrating. The lady at the information desk with face mask & check out desk were helpful while their colleagues were not!

The property was amazing from the inside it have a good loby and verity of min mart barbershop coffee and restaurant for dinning and breakfast 8/10. Transportation provide it!

One off the best hotels we stayed at during our family trip. The transportation made big deterrent and made the journey much easier.

A lovely hotel with a frequent shuttle service to Haram. Had an issue with the room and it was taken care of with a smile and instantly. The general manager Saad allowed me a very early checkin with a minimum fee so that I didn't need to wait around to do my umrah. Thank you!!

The PROPERTY IS OK AND CLEAN ,THE HOUSE KEEPING IS VERY POOR ,THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD LOOK AT IT VERY HARD .THE HOUSE KEEPER COME TO MY ROOM AT 11.00 PM TO CLEAN MY ROOM .

A perfect choice: Rooms, Food and Personnel are perfect. Transportation to and from the Haram is free and available all times. Wifi is a little bit slow,

The room was not cleaned before my check in when I asked for it to be cleaned the next day it my request was ignored and the room was still dirty. Towels were not changed bed linen was not changed. Terrible experience.

One of the best places to stay at a very reasonable price. 12 mins from Haram though but you will pay 3-4 times more if you like to stay closer to Haram.

it's ok , reception are slow and non welcoming , they gave me a special handicap accessible room which wasn't comfortable for me although lots of empty rooms in the hotel

This hotel is not a 5* it is a 3 star at best and it is utterly dirty. The rug in the room was stained and smelt. It looke like it had never been vacuumed. The room was tiny with 3 beds squashed in a tiny space. The bathroom was also dirty and had clearly never been scrubbed. The cupboards were covered in a layer of dust and the telephone was covered in food stains. During these Covid times it is absolutely shocking that a hotel would not wipe down common surfaces between guests. On top of this, the reception area was swarming with flies. More care has to be taken with ensuring that hotels have actually the star rating they claim to have. This hotel was cheap and nasty and dirty. Disappointing.
