From the moment we walked in, and throughout our stay, the staff at the hotel were very nice and accommodating. The free breakfast was actually super yummy and having a kitchen area in our room was awesome!

Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Only negative was a musty odor on our floor and room.

The property is dated and dirty. Floors in room had stains sofa very dirty. Bathroom floors and shower not clean. Staff was friendly and helpful just need to update property and new housekeeping.

Hotel could use a refresh. Comfy beds, tho. Used the special request box when booking for 'top floor, please', as I always do. Upon arrival, was booked for 1st floor. Stated my concerns about children running above and was told best they could do was 3rd floor (out of 4 floors). Was not offered a different bed configuration (we book 2 queens) as we would have taken a king on top floor. Sure enough, 2nd night (and afternoon as we were under tornado warning) we had kid(s) running back/forth in room above us. Desk offered to move us (US?) at 8:00 p.m. but we declined. Why offer a request option if no one is reading those? Why does ANY hotel put kids in rooms other than 1st floor? This, tho, was avoidable and completely unacceptable. Many other choices in this area. Not worth the headache.

Nice and clean

The hotel was a disappointment for being part of Hilton, the bathroom was tiny, you sank uncomfortably in the couch and there were only three pillows on a king size bed. We were on the first floor and you could hear everyone moving around above us along with all of the plumbing noises. It was definitely not a relaxing experience.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. I received a couple of texts inquiring about how my stay was going. I appreciate that because if there had been something, I could have addressed it right away but few complaints here. Smooth check in. Great coffee! Great experience..The couch could have been more comfortable and I think everyone wishes there were regular doors in the bathroom, from other comments I read.

Main complaint is that the sofas need to be deep cleaned or replaced. Our sofa in our room had stains various all over it

Bathroom door don’t lock and the pull out was super old - you could feel every wire just by touching it. Staff was helpful and breakfast was good.

The property is older than appears from outside. Couch stained and carpet worn. Convenient and we are tired from traveling. Hoping for a good nights sleep.

The property was nice and well kept. The room itself appeared mostly clean. However, I dropped an earring back and went searching on the floor it and found less than clean conditions around the beds.

I would have liked fresh towels and my bed made up but perhaps they don’t offer that.

The problem with the tremendous amount of choices nearby is that the traffic is also TREMENDOUS. But this is the only issue with this hotel. It is extremely pet friendly but I can honestly say that those guests with pets seemed to be placed together and I was not bothered by any pet noise. The hotel was very clean and the staff was very nice. They need to work a little on the exercise room equipment but that was minor. The free breakfast was unique, but very good. It is a small hotel, 3 floors but probably not more than 50 rooms so the parking was very adequate and close. Security of the hotel also very good.

The hotel was "packed," but I didn't feel like I was just a number. Cleanliness and perfect hospitality are the best at this hotel.

The only complaint I have is the carpet in room 122 was really filthy.

In a very busy area and close to stores and restaurants. Relative new property and is well kept.

I've stayed here before, and knew the rooms to be large with a partioned separate sofa space, which is a big plus when traveling with kids. Other than that, my previous stay was fine but nothing to write home about. For this visit, I reserved a king suite room with a sofa bed at this 3 star hotel, but when I arrived, they told me they were overbooked and had transferred my reservation to another hotel. I was told I would be reimbursed and they would cover the new hotel. New hotel was only a 2 star hotel and room was small, standard size room that shrunk to nothing when the rollaway was added so we would all have somewhere to sleep. Home2suites later changed their mind and wouldn't reimburse, despite the new room being smaller from a lower tier hotel. Entire process of interacting with staff was very unpleasant, as they lied multiple times, didn't call back, and then said it was my fault for booking through hotels.com. So, book here at your own risk. I won't be doing it again

The room was extremely clean and we had so much space in our room. We had an issue that the lady at the front desk addressed immediately. Extremely satisfied!
