Property needs more on the spot cleanliness. Too crowded means that service people have to be on point with cleaning restrooms and floors. It was packed and it seemed like the cleaning crew was not there. Another topic that I am very unhappy about is the fact that it is pet friendly yet when I got to the front desk I had to pay an extra 25 dollars that was was not aware of when I placed my reservation on Expedia. That is not a good consumer attraction. Be upfront about fees. It turned stay in a sour direction.

Front desk lady was a very nice, breakfast was good , pool was clean , nice and quiet good place to stay w/family.

The room was a little dirty but the bed was so comfortable and we were so tired we just put a towel in top of the bed and went to bed..?the next morning we went to breakfast and below is a picture of the kind of food they were serving. They only served potatoes, scrabble eggs , waffles, oatmeal and cereal. On a Saturday morning come on?? The girl was slamming things into the bread area when I told her about the oranges she didn’t even say one word just grabbed them and threw them in the trash. It was the worst breakfast area we have ever been served. I told a lady with beautiful lashes up in the front but it looked to me she didn’t care either.. so there! I will never stay at another La Quinta again.

OUR ROOM HAD A MOLD SMELL WHEN THE AC WAS OFF. THE SHEETS SMELLED OF STRONG CHLOROX ODOR. THE PERSONNEL WAS GOOD.

The last two times I have stayed here they always put me in room 217 beside the elevator. The people on the floor was very loud. Then the idiots above me I thought were doing WWE after 3 calls. Then banging the ironing board on the ceiling 4 times and calling the police. Never again. This is a nice place yet it’s just noisy if you’re not on the top floor.

Chose this hotel for location. Walking distance to outlet malls. Too hot to walk but in cooler months it’s possible. Pet friendly but $50 pet fee. Staff are friendly. Location is quiet. Room has one of those thermostats that you can adjust but room still didn’t get cool enough for me to sleep comfortably. Took a look at the free breakfast but it was meh. Skipped their breakfast and ate at a restaurant. Have stayed here a few times and would stay again.

I didn’t like that the pool didn’t look clean and one part of the floor was wet in the room. Also, the a/c wasn’t working properly.

I’ve stayed here 4 months ago. Clean hotel and nice rooms. The breakfast, typical for la Quinta, was fair/poor and the breakfast staff were rude! This hotel has a long history of a poor food quality and food service. They typically run out of food and coffee. There are multiple boxes were stacked by the bar and is an eyesore. (See the attached pix) I believe these were also there 4 months ago. Also, the cleaning staff purposely skipped our room and upon returning to our room at 4pm, I wasn’t happy having an unmade room, no towels, etc, and so I complained to the front desk. I was then informed that all the cleaning staff had gone home and no more service was available. THAT WAS A LIE! On our floor at the time, was one cleaning crew was still working. I asked politely if they could clean our room but they refused. Afterwards, I confronted there front desk and got nothing but excuses about the lack of cleaning. The hotel was full and no other rooms were available. They did consent to send the cleaning team to our room, which was the team that had refused my request. I also complained about the breakfast and the storage boxes in the lobby. That’s the last time I’ll be staying at that hotel!

Room 317 has no lock for the restroom. The TV wouldn’t work with remote and the fridge didn’t work either.

The property was great. The staff and service was wonderful! The food was great. The location was awesome! It was a really a nice stay!

Property was nice. Ac was great. Sheets and mattress had stains on them. The water pressure in shower was ridiculous. Check in was 3pm and we had to go back at 4:30 just to get checked in. Loaction was great. Near restaurants and outlets for shopping. Wont stay here again but thats my preference.

Nice hotel will come back

This location was still under some construction but it did not get in the way of business. The attendant was very warm and welcoming. As a matter of fact we left to get my family some snacks are brought back a can of coke for the front desk attendant. We were able to enjoy the pool and shopping. The only downfall was the breakfast. The eggs were hard and overcooked. The potatoes were undercooked. I would say one of the worst breakfast meals on our trip.

Good hotel, very clean the room

If you are planning to sleep in don’t stay here. The walls are paper thin and you will hear your neighbors above and beside you all night long. First time having staff try to bud in line to get coffee in the morning before a paying guest. She didn’t even notice me standing there patiently until I said something. Front desk staff was great, wish I remembered his name. Very helpful and easy check in.

Our stay was very nice. No complaints at all. Property was clean and intact. Check in was easy with a nice worker. Will definitely stay here again. Came for a college tour and it was very accommodating.
