Really liked where the hotel was located which is roughly a 20 minute walk away from the old town but it's really good for bars and restaurants which are near the Jewish centre. My main gripe was with the hotel staff as they booked a trip to auschwitz for us only to book it on the wrong day and I'm £120 out of pocket due to their error and they were zero help trying to sort it out.

Hotel was situated in a great location. Room was spacious and beds were comfy. Air conditioning worked well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Only had breakfast in hotel but it was good enough for everyone in our party. Great bar area and lobby thought we didn’t make use of it. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops within walking distance from hotel. Tram track outside hotel which was a little noisy as our room faced the courtyard so heard the noise a little. I never requested a room change as a pair of earplugs sorted that out. Would I stay there again? Most definitely. Loved its location. Excellent choice for us.

Lovely hotel, in good location. Tram stop right at the front of the hotel which was great for transport to the old town. Very central to the Kazimierz district for nice restaurants and bars. Extremely welcoming and friendly staff. We had a very early start one morning for a tour and were provided with an amazing and generous bag for breakfast on the go as we could not attend the breakfast we had paid for. This was excellent. The room was nice. However, the aircon was pretty loud and we had to stop it during the night. Despite that, there was still a constant ventilation noise which was not great. The shower head was not working but the hotel attended the following morning first thing to fix it, which was great service. The breakfast was fabulous, with a great selection. We had VIP access and were given a token for 2 free drinks. However, we could not use them as the condition was to have a meal at the same time for a minimum value which we did not have time to book during our stay. A little bit disappointing. However, we would stay here again for the kindness of the staff and the good service provided.

Great location for everything, nice bright, big rooms, friendly reception staff, modern hotel, comfortable bed, extra pillows/iron available upon request. Only slight negatives were the lack of pressure in the rainfall shower, and we could have done with one big light- but I'd definitely return

Inx Design, is a beautiful hotel situated just outside the Jewish Quarter, modern, stylish and elegant. The staff are very helpful and welcoming. Perfect hotel, great location and ideal for local transport to the old town.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was a really comfortable stay. Everything was clean and the bed was the most comfortable! They even have a 24 hr sauna. Although it is not near to old town but there is a bus/tram service right in front of the hotel that can take you to the centre of the town. We have a peaceful and lovely stay and the hotel rates were very affordable despite being four stars

Amazing room, we had a balcony and jacuzzi bath tub. We even had views of the castle! Everyone was lovely and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options!

We spent four nights at this really nice hotel in the Jewish quarter. It was well placed for seeing the sights and experiencing the culture. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Loved the bar/restaurant which served good food at reasonable prices. It could have a little more atmosphere though. The breakfast each day was fab. Not a huge choice but plenty of freshly cooked food to satisfy the hungry tourist. The continental breakfast and pastries were so fresh. Our room was a little on the small side with very little storage space. The bed was in a very small area so no room for side tables but saying that it was very comfortable to sleep in. The bathroom had a good shower but again had nowhere to put personal items and no decent mirror for makeup. A big bonus was a balcony which gave us some lovely outside space which we loved. A fabulous view over the rooftops of Krakow which we made the most of. All in all we had a great stay despite the little niggles and would definitely return there

We stayed for 4 nights and really enjoyed our stay, the hotel was spotless and the cleaner Julia left our room clean & exactly how we entered it on the first day. The location was ideal not too far a walk from old town but not too close either, really enjoyed this location for the eateries you might have missed if you were more central to old town - Taj (Thai restaurant), Judah Food Market etc. We didn’t require any assistance from staff however I did say before our stay it was for a special birthday hoping that i would be given some help to have something set up in the room prior to arrival (not a massive deal but also couldn’t do it in front of my partner as it wouldn’t be a surprise). I’d definitely stay again. We stayed in room 317 which is a standard room, I’ve attached photos.

Great hotel, great location

Every thing was fantastic. The only suggestion to the hotel would be to stop your guests smoking at the front door. For non smokers, it was terrible returning or arriviing at the hotel and have to walk through clouds of cigarette smoke. The smell of smoke also moved into the lounge area which again is not very welcoming.

Very helpful staff. Free luggage storage and no problems going that extra mile to find a taxi when needed. Good location, close to the old Jewish quarters and within walking distance from the main market square. Breakfast was good and especially our kids enjoyed the variety of sweets :-).

What an amazing hotel. Check in was smooth. The room was spacious. The jacuzzi worked perfectly. Excellent breakfast. I want to point out Camila that gave a service with a smile and a song.

Every time we tried to move, we hit the roof. If you come to the breakfast on the later time, basically all the foods were gone, they didn’t replace to new foods. No dishes to grab and no water to drink..

My partner and I visited Poland for a long weekend and the service and people at the hotel made our time so much more fulfilled. They were a great help- during such great stay at such a lovely hotel. We would definitely recommend and would love to return. Thank you!
