I booked a single night and was ever so thankful as this hotel is really in need of some solid walls to provide privacy between rooms
Didn't sleep a wink all night
Neighboring guests were either screaming at each other or their children until 04h30
Breakfast was hopelessly unappealing. Waiters are ready to serve you but never oblige to any requests. I've stayed at this hotel when it part of the Hilton Chain as well as Millenium. Hardly expected it to deteriorate so poorly.

Amazing staff hospitality, they gave us a free upgraded room as well as early check in and the staff from both reception and the restaurant were so helpful with everything from tips on where to go and eat to making our Umrah as smooth as possible. Would 100% stay here again.

I was there to perform Umra with my family. The location of this hotel is ideal for going to Haram.
Mr Fahad at the front counter was very courteous and friendly. He checked us in within minutes and offered us better room to stay.

Imtenan and Baraa are both amazing ,very helpful and kind. My staying in this hotel was really amazing, starting from the location was so convenient, room services is great and the room was very clean. Thank you.

Hotel was a great, very close to haram, clean, room was great, liked to the Musala, buffet a little bit expensive, I enjoyed my three nights stay

Excellent location. V close to Haram which is what we cared about the most. Plenty of shopping options downstairs. Food in buffet was okay not as expected in 5 star hotel, but that was not a priority for us.

Very close to Haraam, staff was excellent and Sara/Zara young female waiter who had the best customer service at the coffee shop in the lobby area.
All good apart internet connection was really bad that sometimes no connection at all.

There is a big difference between Makkah Hotel and Makkah Tower. Almost made 2 separate reservations accidentally, but luckily my 2 rooms were at the hotel and not tower. Very easy access to the haram. The elevators are pretty quick compared to the swissotel. I would stay here again.
