Very good. Bridge to haram is non functional due to construction

Overall the property area in pleasant and staff is very kind. However there is currently construction on the mezzanine level that connects from the bridge to the Harrem...it's unaccessible currently due to construction. There is a 5 minute walk to the Harrem..I still recommend. My stay was enjoyable and the breakfast was super nice!

Staff were welcoming, helpful, and friendly Clean Room, Comfortable and well-equipped 5 -7 mins to walk for Haram highly recommend this place.

Hotel is great and walking distance from the Haram, however as a steep slope walking back to the hotel is very hard specially when you are tired. Very difficult to find the hotel with all the construction work happening around, we were lost for 45 minutes. The housekeeping staff specially MD Shafiqul Islam was extremely helpful went above and beyond to find me a bucket to soak my feet as I was tired and in pain. Very friendly and always checked on us if we needed anything. Very efficient and always polite and courteous. The hotel is great to have someone like Shafiqul to work for them. Thank you Shafiqul for making our stay great, we will be back soon.

It's the second time I'm booking this property. Overall, the experience was super pleasant. 2 regrets comparing my first journey: - the bridge to haram was closed, accessibility was reduced - super noisy because of public works

Close to Masjid ul Haram

The hotel was easily accessible to the mosque. At the time of writing this, the main gate for Tawaf is gate 79, and the Sheraton is on the newly extended side, so we mainly used gate 114, there is more space to pray and less crowded and chaotic, which we preferred. The staff were particularly friendly, and always greeted with a smile no matter what time of day it was. We arrived a bit earlier than expected, but were able to leave our luggage with concierge and then check in a bit later. There is a bridge that will have access to the mosque in the future, but the building work for the mosque extension has not been completed, so this is not in operation yet. But bear in mind this the extension part and not direct access to the Kaaba. The facilities, bed and room were clean and comfortable, and I would personally stay here again.

So close to Haram. Maybe a ten min walk but once the area in front of it is complete, haram is 3 min walk at max. Great breakfast. Loved the room. Would definitely stay again

Everything was great. Easy check in, staffs were very coperate and the entire cleanig crews were awesome. They took care of our needs and always there to help. There was nothing negative i can write about my stay. Great bangladesh staff, very polite and humble. Will sure recommend staying at sheraton mecca.

Very nice property. You can tell the hotel is very well-maintained. All spaces are very clean with great fragrances. Not bad, walking distance from the holy mosque.

Good facility never tried before, uphill walk was little difficult from Haram to the hotel.

This on hill which is not easy to walk up when coming back from Haram it was hard walk . Going down is easy due to gravity but coming back is hard. Keep this in mind when booking.

Blessed. 5-7 minutes to alharam. Wonderful staff, lobby smells so good! Friendly service especially Waad at front desk, she was lovely. Our housekeeper Saiful was great as well. Thank you for a pleasant stay. InshaAllah we will return. Alhamdulillah.

Hotel itself is nice but the current problem is construction noise deep into the night. This construction may take over a year to finish.

My family had a great time thanks to the great service of one of the attendants named Saiful Islam. He made sure our ammenities were all in good shape and went above and beyond to serve our needs. Overall a pleasant experience.

I stayed in the Sheraton Makkah Jabal Al Kaaba Hotel with my wife and brother-in-law for 5 nights from 8 November 2023 through 13 November 2023. Overall, the facility is excellent - the location is a 5 minute walk from Masjid Al-Haram and it is extremely clean and well-maintained. The hotel reception was outstanding taking care of our check-in process very smoothly. I recommend this hotel wholeheartedly to anyone visiting Makkah and thank the Sheraton brand for their commitment to excellence.

Great overall

I had to leave a review for this hotel as it’s amazing. It is not far from the kahbah and the customer service is amazing. Everyone was eager to help us with anything we needed especially Daloar Hossain. The price is good for the very nice furnished rooms and the breakfast had everything you could ask for. Definitely 5 star worthy !!

This is 2nd time we stayed at this location , last year and now, we were respected , great welcome , outstanding service from all department , we will back next year , continue your kind and care attitude towards guests , thanks again , God bless
