Checking in was disappointing and the staff were unhelpful and seemed to be chatting and laughing with friends . The rest of the staff that we met were friendly, helpful and warm. The rooms were lovely and breakfast excellent. However we thought the hotel had a bistro which it didn't and the bar never seemed to be open. A snack bar would be a good addition

The room was clean but there was no shower gel in the bathroom which was annoying as the only trip ever I never pacled anything

Stayed here for the Grand Prix. Easy to get to and from the airport and also the race circuit. Lovely and clean, friendly staff, comfy beds and great location Wasn’t aware of the refundable deposit when checking in, but as long as I get it back, there’s no problem

Builders starting at 7am and not stopping till 6pm kind of ruined our stay. No tea/coffee in room. Room behind curtains absolutely filthy, staff faffy. Wouldn’t go back

Lovely hotel. When we arrived we found our TV didn’t work. A room swap wasn’t immediately available, but we were given a free breakfast in compensation and the next day we were able to move to a superior room. All done with absolutely no fuss. Everything here was very good, and it’s only a short walk to town.

A nice hotel with a nice breakfast buffet. The staff is helpfull. The hotel is a 15 min walk from the train station. I can recommend to stay here. The reason why I only give it 4 stars is because there is no parking by the hotel, and we had to park in a public parking basement for 150 euro for 5 days.

This was our second time staying here and would definitely recommend - its clean and convenient to restaurants, bars and the train station. Special mention to Mo, the night manager, who is great!

The hotel was absolutely lovely! We were warmly welcomed by the people who work there. They answered all of our questions about Haarlem. The rooms were very clean and cheerful as was the rest of the hotel. It just had a very nice, warm, clean vibe about it. I also liked the location as we could venture out to different parts of the town and easily find our way back. We were also able to walk to and from the train station. It’s a 10 minute train ride to the beach and a 20 minute train ride to Amsterdam city center. Very convenient!

I enjoyed my stay at the niu Dairy Haarlem. It was close to town and an easy walk to the main square. I appreciated the early check-in (for a fee) which freed me up to explore the city on the day I arrived. The late checkout time of noon meant I had time to come back and shower after parkrun the morning I was leaving. One thing that was lacking in the room was tea/coffee supplies. There wasn’t even a kettle. The windows don’t open so I had to keep the air con on all night as I like a cooler room.

Overall the location is excellent and the hotel is clean and feels new/modern. A short walk to the train station and lots of buses nearby. The hotel is conveniently located to restaurants and bars, which was nice except for us it ended up being too close on Kings Day (you could hear the music and crowds outside until they shut down around midnight). We rented bikes from the hotel, and we enjoyed riding bikes around town (very easy) and even to Keukenhof (which took a bit over an hour at a leisure pace). There wasn't any coffee/tea in the room, but we were able to get some downstairs. FYI there's 1 bottle of multipurpose body soap/shampoo. I had my own shampoo, so I used that instead. TV had local channels, no streaming options.

The location was good. Not enough space to put suitcases. Very helpful at the desk receiving email to print tickets. The breakfast was very nice.

Rooms are on small side but functional and clean. Bed was very comfortable and good shower. Rooms are super quiet and dark for sleeping. Very convenient for walking into the city centre and not far from station Breakfast bar is expensive so we passed and ate elsewhere.
