We were delighted with our room and also the excellent price. Everything we could want - well placed for getting to and from the airport. Plenty of good eating places nearby .

Found that the directions on hotel.com were not correct to where the property was. If it’s busy there is not a lot of parking at the property. There is parking near by but does have a cost. Good room for one night

The room was more than we expected with a cute kitchenette and was very clean and quiet.

No restaurant on site- had to go to Holiday Inn to eat. No shuttle service to airport. Tiny towels and no facecloth. Surprised that reception closed at 9pm. Definitely would not stay there again.

I think your reception staff are unfriendly. They need to understand without customers a business is nothing and it costs nothing to smile :) Also maybe it is high time you upgrade to Smart Tv's because even cheap motels nowadays have smart TV's so I expected a better tv at your hotel

contruction was gong on over the road, woken up early hours of the morning - i paid a lot for this room and it doesnt look as modern as the photos, i couod hear the next room snoaring . unable to get an uber or taxi from here to the airport and its only a 3 minute drive away. i had alot of luggage

Hotel is clean, tastefully decorated and the studio room is spacious with the kitchenette well equipped.
Good size & very clean bathroom with washing machine & dryer. I especially love the timber-look laminate/engineered flooring.
Great location, bus stop to airport is just around the corner & the trip is just a10-minute/2-stop ride to the airport. Super convenient.
Staff at reception are friendly professional & helpful when we needed some advice.
Very happy with the late checkout as our flight was 3pm, giving us a couple of hours for morning walk to the beautiful Kawarau Falls reserve.

Very centrally located, clean apartment with all facilities and walking distance to dinning area. Parking is limited and infringement tickets are issued even when parked in carpark. Gabriel from front desk was very helpful to sort the infringement ticket.

Staff were exceptional. Very convenient to the snowfields at Remarkables and Coronet Peak. Good coffee shop/breakfast, but watch out for the parking and Queenstown city parking inspectors. City should be ashamed of the daily 8.00am revenue grab for unsuspecting guests

The fact its right in the middle of an Industrial Park should be noted so people who aren't familiar with the area are made aware, apart from that, it's a reasonably nice place with extremely helpful staff.

The property is located at the very neighbourhood of the airport and remarkables shopping park. It offers excellent location to explore Queenstown and a relaxed place to enjoy the quiet time. I would highly recommend this place as staff are friendly and helpful 😊

This has a great cafe for great breakfasts and coffee, freshly made on premises.
Handy location for Skiing.
Only one issue was air conditioning unit was loud, uncontrollable and needed fixing.
Otherwise it’s very easy, comfortable stay.

When I booked the room which is a king bed studio suite with kitchenette, the description clearly states it has Mountain View, however we were given a room overlooking the Holiday Inn next door and virtually nothing else. We enquired with reception and were told that they had no record of us booking a room with Mountain View. We were disappointed by this discrepancy which put a dampener on our stay. The privacy door lock also didn’t work in our room, we were told by reception that the lock was not meant to work due to fire safety regulations…this has never happened with any of our other stays in NZ. The walls were thin and the heating in the room was too hot even though it was set on a very low temperature.

The lack of parking is quite disgraceful. Don’t go here if you have a vehicle and would like to park it at the hotel. The servicing of the room was cursory!

Good, clean comfortable place to stay if you just staying overnight & catching flight next day, 5 min to the airport. Small room, no bar or restaurant after hours in the hotel.

This was a little better place than what I expected. The foo at their restaurant was top notch, they had great Happy Hour drinks, and the rooms were very nice with amazing views!!! The best part was downtown with dining/shopping was literally across the street!! HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!
