Comfortable rooms. Convenient having a Lawson convenience store inside the hotel

Nice and convenient

Great hotel right across the street from the entrance to USJ. Rooms were really well setup for those traveling with a baby, silent doors and a separate area for bathroom/entrance to keep things quiet during nap time.

only 5 mins walk to Universal Studio. Our package included breakfast. Many choice and taste good for their breakfast.

We stayed in the hotel two nights because we went to Universal Studios Park and it was a great idea to stay on this hotel because it is near to the park and the city, the staff was really helpful and kind, the room was spacious, confortable and clean with good amenities

Great location and excellent to have 4 adults in one room! Buffet has a large selection but the food was not very flavourful - but this hotel is about the location not the food.

I like the hotel's warm lighting and fresh smell! Staff is nice and friendly. The room is a bit small for three ppl but acceptable. Overall the experience is very good and I will recommend for friends if they want to choose a hotel near USJ!

It’s worth to stay at hotel as the location is close to USJ and go to Shin-Osaka Shinkansen station just few stations. The room is clean and tidy. I can sleep well during my stays.

Loved staying so close to universal and not worrying about all of the park walking in the lobby. Quiet and clean, staff and buffet was great!!!

The room was bigger than I expected! Shower and tub combo was outstanding! Short walk to USJ. Breakfast buffet was excellent and not overly expensive. Staff was impressive and the walk had excellent food selection. Will definitely stay here again!

Very convenient for visiting universal

The best thing is this hotel is super close to the subway and USJ. I also have a view of the port. What’s not convenient is the laundry. You can’t set the password. You have to wait there, do we ended up not doing laundry

Great hotel to visit USJ. The location is right next to the park and a train station, so if you want to explore Osaka it is relatively close. It is a big hotel, but the rooms were very clean and good size for a family of 4. Staff was very friendly. The wifi was a bit inconsistent.

The hotel is located next to the Universal City train station which made it very convenient to access the hotel. Universal Studio's City Walk is next to the station.

We would definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Osaka. It is conveniently located from universal studios. The hotel was very clean and the staff are very friendly, helpful and respectful.

Very clean hotel which is very near to USJ which we wanted to visit.

I really enjoyed this hotel.

Few minutes walk to USJ and train station. I got at the hotel at 7am , pre checked in, left my luggage, bought my USJ tickets at the hotel and had fun until Closed . When I got to my room , I made my ofuro and relax. Great staffs , the room was very clean , I had all I needed.

Absolute gem, especially if you are going to USJ. We had a room overlooking the park and it was amazing to wake up to Hollywood dream every morning. We left our luggage on check in day and when we came back they had delivered it to the room. Everything about the hotel was wonderful.

Port Vita Hotel is a good option for USJ being close to the Universal Station rail station. Note that the Osaka airport limo-bus stops at the USJ main gate, which is maybe a 400 yard walk away. This is OK in fine weather but less so in a downpour/typhoon season. The front desk receptionist was outstanding accommodating our requests though. The family room we had was set out well and had all the space and facilities we needed with plenty of power outlets and USB ports. Buffet breakfast was great with a nice selection of relatively healthy offerings. The convenience store near the entrance turned out to be handy when we needed a snack late in the evening. Overall, we were very happy with the stay and would return.

I love how close it is to park but also affordable. They let you borrow umbrellas.
