Rooms where nice, nicely designed. Centrally located. I liked the scent of the soap and shampoo. Airco was good and quiet at night, felt rested when I woke up. Manager has a personal touch and attentivness when welcoming the guests. Minus would be the breakfastoptions which felt scarse, no meat options except for pork, small cups for yoghurts and a bit hard to reach to some cereals. Also inconsistency with pricing for the breakfast from the staff as I was told two different prices. Gym not available.

My wife and I chose this hotel due to its ideal location for exploring the city. The room was clean and the staff were helpful. The breakfast were excellent. We were glad that we did not have a car with us, as parking would have been at some distance from the hotel.

Loved the Hotel Basilica. Fabulous location. Very walkable to everything in Palma. Rooftop pool is great albeit not many spots to sit. The best part was the amazing staff. So friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved Hotel Basilica in Palma. It is tucked away beside the Basilica de Sant Francesc on a tiny street within walking distance to the Cathedral and the waterfront. We only had one night there but wished we could stay longer. The hotel is lovely and has an aura of relaxation. The lobby is beautiful and they offered us drinks on arrival. They also have a swimming pool and a bar. The breakfast was wonderful with a lot of cold and hot options. The staff were super helpful and friendly. They recommended a delicious tapas restaurant nearby for our dinner. We will definitely go back there soon!

Lovely boutique hotel, spacious and comfortable rooms. Lots of little touches to make it feel luxurious. We always pick small boutique hotels for short breaks, what made this hotel one of the best was the staff. So friendly and efficient- they really couldn’t do enough for us during our stay. We will return!

They could not give us a room upgrade, as none was available, but gave us free breakfast instead.
This is a magnificent hotel, the staff are amazing, and go out of there to help you.

Superb traditional small boutique hotel in excellent location for exploring the old city of Palma.
No evening restaurant service but two excellent local restaurants within a 3 minute walk.

Lovely clean hotel in Palma. Very convenient to walk into town and see all the major sights. Short walks to bus stops including the A1 to the airport. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by too. The thing that really made this stay good though was the staff and in particular Miguel. Nothing was too much trouble and he has that rare ability to make you feel special; like he is going just a little bit further for you than everyone else even though I'm sure he does the same for all his guests. Thank you and the next time we come to Palma, this is where we will be staying.

Really friendly and attentive staff, great breakfast! Really stylish design, perfect place to relax for a few days. Nice rooftop area with small pool - lovely views, great for an evening drink to watch the sunset! Highly recommend staying here
