Great clean room in central location. Friendly staff. Loads of shops, bars and places to eat on its doorstep. Metro entance across the road too. Would stay again and recommend.

Nice hotel with good location. Next to a subway station and close to the airport bus stop. The house keeping came daily and the room was kept very clean. We got bottled water every day. The room was a bit small side with two large suitcases. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

Excellent location i must say. But there’s 2 constructions ongoing and will be wuite noisy in the day but good to have that as alarm clock! Just love the location.

The hotel staff was great, very accommodating, and helpful. I had a problem with my first room, it had a smell as if smoke was coming through the vents. They moved me the next morning, as the hotel was fully booked, my second room had no issues at all. Both rooms were clean and comfortable, and located 1 minutes from MTR near lots of restaurants and shops. I would stay again, if I was going to TST again. Just hopefully you don’t have the smoke problem I encountered my first night.

Carrie at the check in counter is exceptionally helpful. She even helped us to download 2 apps that are useful in mainland China. Very polite, courteous and professional. Tony at the security desk helped us with our luggage even before we asked for assistance. We left our charging cable in 1202. May , the room service lady saved it for us upon our return from our China tour. Thank you all for making our stay at Otto so memorable.

I've stayed at a lot of hotels including the chains and independant ones. This is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. SAFETY Security downstairs (TONY) is amazing and super friendly and helpful. STAFF The staff were knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. ROOM My room was super clean, I was there for 9 days and every day the bed was made and towels cleaned. I opted for my bedding not to be changed but it was still made up for when I came back at the evenings. They even tucked in my Koala toy. I read reviews of the walls being thin, YES they are. I was woken up by 2 kids screaming at 8am which felt like they were right in front of me, but it was only that 1 time, i think they only stayed 1 night, I'm glad it wasn't noisy at night. I would occasionally hear someone watching TV, but i just turned my music on or TV on too. Wouldn't say it was a downside, but I wish the shower gel pumped out more, cos i was there pumping about 3 or 4 times to get a bit out. I know i could have got my own shower gel, but this one made my hands and skin super soft, so that was a plus.

A very good welcoming from the start in the lobby. It was a very good place close to Tsim sha tsui station. Clean and fresh. A bit slow wifi from time to time but thats the only bad part i can think of.

Very good location, right infront of TST MTR exit B2. Loads of food options around the vicinity and walkable to all other locations around TST. The aircon in room is very good especially for such a hot weather now, hotel arranged connecting room for us and we had a pleasant stay. Hotel staff v helpful in finding us a taxi that can fit 4 of us and can fit in 7 pieces of luggages and some loose bags. The only thing bad about the room is the connecting room door, it opens until 90 degrees only and if we leave it open then it blocks the walkway to the toilet/door, so we ended up closing the door and not so fun to arrange for connecting room already. Maybe can do something so that the connecting room door can open up totally.

Best hotel in the area

A great hotel in a great location. We had a nice very clean bedroom and bathroom with everything you could need. The location is brilliant, just off Nathan Road, 50 meters from a metro station, 75 meters from a useful bus stop and less than a ten minute walk to the harbour front. More than all that though the staff were really excellent, on very hot days providing us with extra bottled water and a bucket of ice to help cool down!

Fantastic location adjacent to MTR (exit B1) and walking distance to shops, restaurants, attractions and transport. Decent sized room. Great shower and AC was perfect. Enjoyable stay.
