Loved the hotel. Staff were excellent especially over breakfast where they were super nice and helpful. Would def stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a super hotel! Very close to skytrain so easy to move around.

Have been staying here for a few times. One suggestion is that there should be an additional tissue box besides the one in the bathroom. Quite inconvenient and the only one run out of tissue so quickly

So Bangkok is really hot right and when you book a nice hotel you expect the hotel lobby to be a cool safehouse but strangely it isn't. The lobby is warm, which makes it uncomfortable while waiting for the Grab car. It's next to Thong Lo BTS but you'd start perspiring before you reach it 😅 The room is very clean and there's a pillow menu. But we had a bad sleep as very bright sunlight shone on us from 6 plus am onwards. The room slippers are papery thin. Housekeeping team is fast and generous with the water. Towels are clean and the bathtub is comfortable.

Decent and clean room. Had to ask for cleaning staff to clean the room myself everyday as they don’t seem to come even when you press the right button.
No utensils in the room, no room service at night. A lot of noisy PRC groups on the floor. Fortunately the room is quite well isolated.
Had to beg reception to get an hour of late checkout, she kept insisting I need to become a member or pay a half night. For one hour…

Well appointed rooms. Clean. Prompt service. Did not get her name but the lady in charge of breakfast is the absolute best in making one feel welcomed. Convenient location as well. The only very slight downer is that the pool bar leaves much to be desired.

Have stayed in many Bangkok hotels. This is the best. Quiet, good pool area. Location is fantastic. Best bet- find the easy way to the BTS through the lobby. Breakfast was excellent.

I stay in the twin rooms with 2 single beds, everything is nice. Only the bed is 3 feet width, it is the best to have 3.5 feet. It is a little bit disappointing that no green tea tea bag serving in the bar.

Nikko Hotel Bangkok is one the best hotels in city. The service is impeccable from check-in to check-out. It's a 4.5-star hotel but, in my opinion, deserves a 5-star rating. It's a well-managed hotel in one of the best areas of Bangkok.

It's supposed to be a high-quality hotel, but the service is average. Unfortunately, there was a lack of supplies and the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The hotel is near to bts station, only 5 mins walking distance which is very convenient :)
All the staffs are helpful and professional, providing excellent and sincere services. Room is clean and the bathtub is very large.
But there are mainly japanese restaurant nearly, not many thai food option. I understand this is not the hotel's problem so overall the hotel is adorable.
