The people are absolutely nice! The listing has a number of misinformation. 1. It says property is connected to a Shopping Centre, no! It's a residential house with rooms to rent. 2. The room I had booked was a room with pool view but the one given had no view at all. If you open, you get to see wall, if you want air-conditioning, none. The listing also says you get the whole property to yourself, no, you just get a room with no room amenities at all. Food is okay, breakfast was good.

A few days ago I was in this place staying with my family (wife and son)
What could i say? The photos shown on this site really show reality and not like other sites that the photos are altered. This house has a large cozy space, each room makes you feel at home, you also have your own terrace where you have breakfast every day (not included in the reservation, but just ask Mr. Marcos or Mrs. Yaritza)
These people, the hosts, are super nice. Listening to each question and with the greatest kindness and equanimity, your request will be resolved as quickly as possible and within the existing possibilities in the country.

My 2-year-old son loved playing in the 2 large gardens of this house. An interior garden with a swimming pool and an exterior garden with great greenery.
Even if you have the desire to have a barbecue, Señor Marcos is listening to help you.
The sympathy of the locals is generous and without buts.
I highly recommend this place in a very quiet neighborhood of Miramar, Havana, for all types of guests.
Whatever you think of, there will always be a solution.

Staying with Marco was like staying with a family. The patio where we had breakfast and dinner was beautiful. Unfortunately it was too cold to use the pool. Our bathroom was big and very nice. Everything was really clean.

Really recommend Marcos place!!
We stayed for five days. We love the neighbourhood and location. We went to old town after our stay here, to stay at a hotel for the weekend. It was not the same. The casa particular gives u the oppertunity to know the local people, and they are very helpful. Marco and his family offered us help to get places we wanted to visit, and they offer wonderful food. The room is amazing- big and clean. We loved to stay here.

The house is beautiful, clean and safe. The space has a kitchen and is large. However the bed is a double, not a king. Also, we asked the owner to arrange an airport taxi in advance, but the owner had forgot when we arrived. However thankfully the owner managed to arrange a taxi last minute. I would follow up about the taxi if you are arranging one through the owner.

Our stay here was amazing! It’s a beautiful house with awesome people. The host Maria was great and she made accommodations for us. We ate breakfast and dinner in this house for days and all meals were amazing! I would go back here million times over.

The house was built early 1920's and is in perfect condition. The furniture and art pieces belongs to the family for three generations. It is beautiful and has a enjoyable garden around. The food was great better than any other place in Cuba and staff are welcoming! If you are looking for a quiet place and garden to stay, this is the place. It is close to the airport than old Havana. Travel for business.

We had a very good time with the owner and his family. The service is excellent and the price for meals is reasonable. Highly recommended. The only complaint I had is the dogs around the neighborhood are quite barky but if wasn’t too bad other than they barked each other from time to time.

Spacious room and ensuite bathroom, high end finishing and plumbing. Great service. We enjoyed breakfast and supper. The beach is walkable in about 10 minutes. The pool is a above ground round pool. The hop on hop off bus can be accessed at the Panorama hotel next to the beach.
Would suggest giving visitors advance instructions on access which is through a gate from the side street rather than the Avenue that the house address is on. Bell button is above the gate on the left side.
Wifi access is included. It's the grade of wifi currently available in Cuba.

We got a lovely renovated room with a big bathroom. It also had a walk in closet. They keep everything nice and clean. Maria, the host, provided us with everything we needed. She’ll make you breakfast and dinner if you order in advance. We had a couple of good Cuban meals at a good price.She also sells drinks. The house is about 15 min drive from downtown Havana, so it’s to far to walk. The only thing we missed was a small fridge and internet. They do have internet, but it’s painfully slow like in the rest of Cuba.

They make you feel comfortable and spoiled The food was fabulous and abundant, better than eating out in town. We highly recommend this residence and we cannot wait to return there ourselves.

The property is very well kept. I would classify it as a B&B as it is a nice home in the Miramar District.
Close to Old Town , about 10 minute taxi and 30 minutes to Jose Marti Airport
