I was very well received at the hotel. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly. The distance to the center of Havana is a disadvantage but you know that in advance. Thank you for your services!

This was the best value for money accommodation that I and my wife had in Havana. The place was clean, the staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, there was constant Wi-fi included (which you will appreciate more when you arrive on the island), and the area is central to enjoy a well rounded experience. The Beach is a walk away, Downtown is a $10 taxi away, there are local food options within 10 minutes of walking. The restaurants around serve mostly International foods, Distinto has the best chicken burger that I ever had. There is an Italian restaurant not far away (did not try it), and there are local options on the same road for a great price. There are also convenience stores on the same road, there is also a fruit and vegetable market on the same road too. We only stayed there for 1 night on the way out of Cuba, but it would be my main place to stay on my next trip to Havana. Excellent Place

What a great experience. We had a group of 8 travelers stranded by a cancelled flight on Santa Clara. Headed to Havana via taxi to get better optional flights. Found this gem on Expedia. The property was perfect, breakfast was delicious and the staff overwhelmed us with kindness and hospitality.

Staff went beyond their duty to assist. Very clean environment. Quiet, comfortable rooms and a gated safe property. Thanks to the proprietor Gloria, reception Jorge and kitchen staff made sure I was well attended. I would stay here ALA HABANA BOUTIQUE whenever I return to visit.

The hotel is peaceful and well-located, near the seashore and several cafeterias and restaurants. The personnel is very kind and always eager to satisfy our questions and needs.
The hotel serves an enjoyable continental breakfast, with a bar on the roof and a pleasant view of the surroundings.
If you need transportation, ask, and they can help you promptly.
We traveled as a family and stayed pleasantly in this recommendable B & B facility.

Gloria and her staff were amazing. The place is very comfortable and l am so glad l made sure l was at the right place. Two hotels have similar names but there is no mistake when you look at this one with the beautiful terrace on top. I would blindly recommend to anyone

Gloria and the staff were very friendly, courteous, and attentive. They thrived to make our stay the most comfortable and enjoyable possible. I know some other customers complain about the internet being slow, while there is some truth to it; it’s not just related to the property, it’s countrywide. One has to remember, Cuba is a beautiful country lacking access to stuff North Americans and Europeans are accustomed to due to the US embargo. I highly recommend Alahabana as a B & B. It is close to the beach and have plenty of restaurants at walking distance. They have bi-linguals (Spanish and English)on staff which was a pleasant surprise.

It is good to feel like you are staying with a family member. they helped us with our purchases, places to go, and help with a visitor needs.
The only thing we didn't like was the internet which has nothing to do with them(WIFI not always working)

The staff at this facility is extremely helpful and accommodating to foreign travelers. Their food is excellent and they are most helpful with recommendations regarding places to go and see their wonderful culture. Very humble people!

It was my first time in Cuba and I love it and I enjoy my 3 days i walk around the neighborhood to the beach without looking over my shoulder I wish I could stay more days. Gloria and her daughter is very nice people. they make sure you comfortable and she make the best Rice. I’ll be back next year at the same place… don’t listen anything on the internet i don’t see anything wrong they was saying about Cuba while I was there. If you wanna know just visit yourself.

The Alahabana Boutique Hotel in Habana is a neighborhood jewel. Tastefully decorated and very clean. The staff are thoughtful and very considerate. There was always someone working around the clock that spoke English. Located about 20 minutes outside of Havana. We had to take taxis into town. Staff on duty arranged all transportation needs. The Wi-Fi only works best in common areas not in the bedrooms.

This is a 3 floor Villa, with a 24/7 front desk. 3rd floor has a small roof top bar. Front desk guy is very helpful, orders taxi, orders food, brings you anything that you need. Very kind people! I like this setting better than any regular 5 star hotels, since you get a lot of help from the staff.
Specially being 1st time to Cuba not knowing anything or where to go and what to do. There is a resturant walking distance from them, their coffee is good at the hotel. The lady owner is very nice too. Room has Ac which is important, internet is a little slow but workable. They helped me everything I needed, so I was very happy with the service.
Just an advice, google and order the taxi to the indian resturant in old havana, meet Bima, to have your first good meal, Cigar, and drink and then start your journey from there

The most i like is the staff on the property.
Well maintain is clean.The housekeeper and front desk nice and Professional and very polite.Especially they pay attention for customer what they need. Only think is the weather.
Did not cooperate is too hot. And beaches is away from the areas. I like the beach when you go out your room is there already. But enjoyed the Old Havana. Which is 20 to 25 min taxis

I stayed here for two nights and it was wonderful. Nice, cozy and clean. The staff was so kind and helpful, my spanish was really bad and I had a hard time understanding most things that I needed to get down during my time here but they were so patient and helpful to me and all my needs were fulfilled. I had to move around a bit in a short space of time and they made sure a taxi was always arranged for every destination and back to the hotel. Breakfast was lovely as well. Definitely would stay here again and would highly recommend to anyone.

The property was clean and well kept, The manager was very attentive to their guests and made our stay as pleasant as possible, although the location was some distance to the city center, and the neighborhoods constant power outages, we enjoyed our stay for what it’s worth.

The Alahabana is the best boutique hotel in Habana! I had the best time of my life staying there! 5 star review! The room was wonderful, as advertised, and the food provided there is so delicious! I ended up not only ordering breakfast there daily, but added dinner too after my daily tours, umm-hmm! And the owner and staff there are all first class, and now my new friends for life! Will definitely be returning in the near future for my next visit! Thanks so much for a great stay Alahabana!! Until next time amigos!

Very clean, very comfortable bed and pillows. The best part is the staff- very friendly, very helpfull! We felt very welcomed. Abraham gave us a great tips of where to go and where to eat.
