Good vibes all around

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was cozy, our bed was really comfortable, all the facilities were clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast was lovely and and I appreciated the patio area with its view to Havana's skyline. The hotel is close to restaurants and an easy walk to the Malecón. I must mention the kindness and service from the hotel staff, they were very helpful to all our our needs. The hotel Manager René helped us with tours recommendations, sightseeing, transportation, and nice places to eat. I also want to thank Alejandro, Rosy, and Dailé for their service and attentivenes. Thanks a lot 🙏

Everything was great. The breakfast was amazing and the staff went out of their way to make our stay unforgettable. The manager was helpful. I recommend Elegancia to anyone who wants to travel to Havana. Restaurants are affordable and nearby.

From the time my 4 year old son and I arrived everyone was very accommodating, professional and pleasant to interact with. Their airport shuttle service was A1 and Rene', Alejandro, Manny, the owner, and a wonderful lady (whom I didn't get her name) were great! The grounds were well kept and it is very clean. I left my Airpods Pro there when I checked out and Rene' reached out to me to let me know and we found a solution to get them to me. My son turned 4 the day after we arrived and they surprised us both by bringing him a piece of cake during breakfast, with a candle and sang happy birthday! I highly recommend Elegancia and will stay there again when I come to Cuba.

Excellent stay in the Vedado area. The building looks shabby from outside but it's excellent inside. The four of us stayed in the main suite (two bedrooms and one bathroom) on the second floor. There were one king size bed and two twin beds. Bathroom was new and clean. Hot water was strong. The breakfasts were excellent with juice, fruits, omelet, bread and coffee. Internet was good and we could view photos and short videos with relative ease, which is not always the case in Cuba. Rene or other ones in the management team were always on site to help. Thanks for the worry-free stay!

I expected much of my viisit to Havana, and I was not disappointed! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Elegancia suites. The common space inside is superbly and artistically decorated. My room was spacious and very comfortable. The staff was always attentive, friendly, and helpful. I enjoyed the breakfast, served on the terasse, with delicious tropical fruits and juices. There are many places of interest nearby. A walking tour of Vedado will show many old houses that are well preserved. Vedado is not too invaded by tourists, and does not aggress you with all the hustling and bustling of Vieja Habana. But, if you like walking, the historical Vieja Habana is within walking distance. You will find many decent to excellent restaurants in Vedado. I would also recommend a late afternoon visit to the hotel Nacional and a drink in the gardens with a great view on the ocean. I would love to return to Havana sometime, and be very happy to stay again at Elegancia!

A hidden gem. Staff from manager to guest service reps amd cleaners were all very helpful. I have limited Spanish language but they exercised patience with me expressing my needs for breakfast and others. Rooms were very clean, towels, sheets and others were in prestine condition. Overall i was very impressed. Thank yoh Elegancia.
