five star experienced, everything is grand, from the entrance, to the room and to the restaurant. Food buffet in the breakfast is also satisfying, plus the breath taking mountain view from the restaurant.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my girlfriend. Its one of the nicest looking hotels ive ever stayed in. Perfectly located in sapa near local transport routes and walking distance to plenty of places to eat. Bed was comfortbale and breakfast options were great. Great service from all the staff too.

Loves:
The Indochine decor and baroque style architecture.
The bright mustard yellow facade.
Being able to converse with reception comfortably in English.
The gorgeous Grand Bassin.
Room for Improvement:
M Coupole offers priority queue for the monorail up Fansipan, but we were told the first train leaves at 8:00 when in fact it starts at 7:30 am. You can understand our chagrin at realizing this since we were on a tight schedule to go up Fansipan and return by 12 pm that day.
Right across the street is a lovely row of shops - it gets very loud with techno (?) music all the way up until about midnight so bring earplugs if you need to sleep early.
You only get 2 tiny bottles of water each day and you’ve to call housekeeping for more. They don’t change your in-room slippers each days.

5 Stars is not enough. This is the most spectacularly hotel I have ever had the privilege to visit. If you think it looks amazing from the outside, wait till you get inside. The lobby, restaurant and bar have been decorated with such incredible attention to detail. Then the indoor pool takes it to another level. Our room was similarly decorated to the same level with a small balcony overlooking the town and valley beyond. The food in the restaurant is spectacular as was the vast breakfast buffet.
The staff are super friendly and helpful. A special mention of Mai who gave us a guided tour and lots of helpful advice about the surrounding area. I am struggling to think of anything that could be improved upon. A couple of chairs and a small table on each balcony would be nice, but that’s about it.
I would definitely stay here again.

La Coupole in Sapa has a divine pool. HUGE! Going there during the morning hours it was empty. Imagine an indoor pool at least 100 feet in length. Awesome. Staff at the pool - Tranh - I think was his name, was so attentive. Thanks. Front desk staff cordial, helpful and smiling at all times for the client. Thanks to Quiynh (I hope I spelled her name correctly). Al in all, I would highly recommend this hotel. Luxury at a very good price.

Please put this place on your bucket list. It has an amazing feel like no other. Definitely our most enjoyable hotel we stayed in. Can’t fault anything. I should have stayed longer

So many different areas in the hotel to look at you could stay there for two days and still probably not seen everything. There would be something you miss. The staff were excellent. The hotel is grand and great to look at.

We have traveled all over the world and stayed in very nice hotels. Hotel de la Coupole-MGallery is now at the top of our list. Never before have we ever seen a hotel with such decor. Every where you walk the walls and areas have the most tasteful and outstanding art work. The pool, bar, breakfast restaurant were well appointed. We will always recommend this hotel to people if they are going to Sapa.

Ambiance and vibe of the hotel is great - however there's not much shopping options. Staff service is excellent. The restaurant Chic was good but for longer staying guests, it might be nice to have more dining options.

This hotel is so incredibly lavish. I can’t even describe how absolutely stunning it is. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. We got in very early from the train and they allowed us to have a rest near the pool and also a workout in the gym while we waited for our room to be ready. We had a drink at the bar one night and it is also something that you should make sure and go to. I can’t speak highly enough of this hotel. We did a two night trek into the villages and when we got back, they allowed us to store our bags there, even though we had checked out yesterday! We are so happy that we are also going to be staying at the same hotel chain in Hoi An in a few more days!

Quynh our receptionist was very helpful, polite and follows up in what we need! This hotel is one of the most fabulous hotels I’ve ever seen and stayed at, everywhere you look there’s a special detail well thought and executed, wish we have more hotels like this all over the world!

This hotel is a gallery itself, I want to recommend to look around every places of this building during your stay, including the swimming pool and the terrace of restaurant on 10th floor with breathtaking view of Sapa.
At my most recent stay, the concierge staff was very helpful when I got canceled my transportation for return way, she gave me a great help with detail information of bus to the airport and arranging a taxi to the bus station.
