Very cozy, comfortable and clean.

Its that time of the year when many from all over India head to BIEC exhibition centre and hotels are difficult to find. .This hotel though available was much expensive considering HI Express offering with small efficient rooms and small working cafe rather than a proper restaurant. And it served its purpose well.

The staff were very rude. Also not a value-for-money option.

Rooms are very small. Consumables on request only. Staff not friendly, very rude at receiption. Any request for little late check out will not be permitted. 25percent to pay beyond one hr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointed right from entrance, which is a narrow passage at the side of the building. first timers will definitely miss it. To reach reception you go to 4th floor, there is no help available to carry your luggage. The rooms are in another floor of the building. Again there is no help with luggage. The narrow, closed and endless corridor with countless room doors on both sides doesn't give a safe feeling to family travellers. The room is suffocating, 80% occupied by the bed and is not suitable for solo traveller too. I asked reception to provide me a better room, they said all rooms in hotel are of same size 145 sqft. I felt the room is not even 100 sqft size. The room doesn't have wardrobe; has tiny table, barely fits your laptop; the bathroom is too tiny without latch on the door. The Complimentary breakfast is not up to the standard and wait time was more. The staff appeared to be overworked or not motivated as we always got cold response. There is no luggage room in the hotel. We had to leave our luggage in open area at the time of check-out as our travel was late evening on that day. There is one good thing is, the Metro station in walking distance. But when it rains or when you have luggage, you will find it really hard to get an auto or cab from the hotel. The opposite road is blocked by the intercity buses at night and it is a nightmare to return to hotel from city. Overall, didn't meet my expectations of a 3-star hotel and is not recommended to anyone.

Its wonderful place to stay- as good connectivity, limited options but Nice tasty food & good service. But rooms are pretty small not even worth for two peoples to stay together. There is no place for having food if ordered in-room service.

the booking was not confirmed.they made us to wait for an hour to sort out the issues between you two.my ailing mother had to sit at the reception for an hour.i had to go through few anxious moments.this is happening for the second time.my last stay in jabalpur too was not confirmed.somethong is seriously wrong with you.will lose customers soon.wake up.

Its a clean and decent hotel. The only issue is room is fairly small but thats not a surprise. I think the size of the room is stated in the hotel description. If you have 2 suitcases and another laptop bag, putting it, using it, moving around etc can pose a minor issue. Restaurant is fine, breakfast is free is included.

Just about adequate for one / two nights. Rooms are very small. No bar. Restaurant has a very limited menu

Friendly staff, good room service and tasty foods. Except some bad odor on the coridors, it was an excellent stay.

The hotel is clean, the food is great, and the location is accessible. The staff were incredibly helpful and I felt welcome the whole time. I really enjoyed my stay. The rooms are a bit small, but they are efficiently laid out.

The rooms were so small that one cant move around.Wash basin was inside the room adjacent to bed.I have never seen such a small room in Indian hotel.

Staffs were polite and helpful. Good breakfast and a takeaway was provided when I had to leave before breakfast time.
