Staff was great. Not a fan of the surprise $5.74 per night extra fee. The hotel’s proximity to places we wanted to visit was great, but was in an overall sketchy neighborhood.

Hotel was clean. Nice size room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Olivia at the front desk is very helpful and cheerful. She was great ! Nice breakfast options. Hotel was close to all the things we’re seeing: Magnolia, Dr Pepper museum, river, Cameron Park & Baylor.

This was a marvelous stop for us. Extremley clean and comfortable. The breakfast offerings were warm and generous with three staff members who were gracious, carefully watching over things and making sure the foot was ready to go.

I’m so happy with this HOTEL ITS STAFF . to bad this app only gives 5 stars cause they deserve a 20 star rating! The room was perfect and very comfortable and huge ! The continental breakfast was great! The location and the staff was friendly and very welcoming! Thank you very much for y’all’s hospitality! I will see y’all again !!

It was nice needs were comfy. Room was clean. The bathroom had a blow dryer and all the toiletries needed to shower. Plenty of towels. Pillows are comfortable. Tv was smart tv. No rush to leave by 11 am. Room cost was affordable. Hotel was within albóndigas distance to Magnolia Farms & downtown.

Pristine hotel with modern rooms and super convenient location for BU & downtown. Stayed here for the annual “Waco Wild West” bicycle ride and couldn’t have been more pleased.

I enjoyed that the hotel staff was very friendly and inviting. The hotel appeared clean and tidy but the room I was assigned was a dirty. The carpet seemed like it was not vacuumed and the restroom walls and walk-in shower were stained.

Typical hotel for the area- roadside near the university. The pool is small and over-chlorinated.

Poor customer service. They charge my cc the entire room fee even though I already prepaid through Expedia. Then when unasked for a refund, they charged me a third party fee. I have never had this issue before when using Expedia. I will not go back there.
